Being on the 5th floor, we enquired about the security exit door, which was locked on 1 of the terraces. realised afterwards the fire brigade was just in the street behind! Should be fine, in case of emergency!

Great location and great apartment. Kitchen was well equipped, large bathroom too. Bedrooms were spacious, and we enjoyed also both terraces in the morning and at night... Very helpful staff have facilitated our little needs for information, taxi and storage after checking out.

Some areas weren’t well cleaned - some hairs around the place, some kitchen utensils not fully clean etc

Unfortunately 2 out of the 4 bathrooms were not properly cleaned and there were some residues on the bath, shower and toilet bowls and hair, dirt on the floors. We had to take care of that with some disinfectant. Please take more care the next time.

Location was very good. We could easily explore both the old and new parta of the city. Right above a Europcar car rental service, was awesome to have the opportunity to rent a car for one day very easily and go out to Cabo Da Roca. Appartment has everything. Is huuuuge, spacious, nicely designed and welcoming. Kitchen had plates, cutlery and drinking glasses. There were two separate living room areas, looots of space and friendly. The staff was very kind, polite, knowledgeable and friendly, thank you!

Just as advertised and expected. Comfy beds. Nice hot showers. Washer and dryer work great. Kitchen has plenty of dishes. TV allowed Netflix log in, which we loved. Apartment layout is great for a large group! Super nice and helpful hosts here :)

Nothing…. Would definitely recommend Cruz apartments. The staff are exceptional too so helpful, and even polite when they told to quieten down cause we were having so much fun!!! Really made out weekend girls trip amazing.

The washer and dryer were much needed due to extensive traveling and we needed assistance understanding how the washer worked the best (we didn’t know where they had the info in the apartment ). The dryer, however, was frustrating. As much as we tried to have the clothes not super wet it took literally hours and stuff would get very hot and steamy. We checked the lint trap and ultimately we needed a drying rack to expedite things. I recommend you get a thorough checkout on them and be prepared for the dryer to under perform. The wood floors, lovely, but I think the pachyderm family were staying above us!

The apartment was wonderfully spacious for our group of nine (5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths). It had plenty of room for everyone not to feel claustrophobic and everyone quickly found their favorite niche. The place where you checked in were very responsive to requests or problems. There was some flexibility given to us to have a 1 day earlier checkin (reasonable amount) for some of the group and a late checkout fee for an 8 hour flight delay. The kitchen was great and there was a grocery store close by. Uber rides were easy from the locale as was the walk to the metro.

Quiet location with views towards the city from the two private terraces. Spacious and very comfortable accommodation. Clean, modern facilities, air conditioning in all rooms.

A view minor things. E.g. no space in one of the bathrooms to leave your towel and personel belongings.

The appartment offers enough space for 10-12 people in a very nice atmosphere. Everything we needed was available. Supermarket for breakfast was around the corner. Metro and buses only a few minutes away. And the contact to the team was very kind and helful!
