Maybe only the bathrooms were a bit old fashioned, but still very spacious and practical. Hotel lobby was small and restaurant also a bit on the small side, so when in high season I can imagine it all gets a bit crowded.

Pools were excellent, a little cold, but expected this time of year. Rooms were great, big and very comfortable, even though parts were dated, they were still very nice rooms.

The outdoor pools did not feel heated but maybe they were? The apartment was a bit dated, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms

Our apartment was very spacious and cleaned every day. It was conveniently located beside the pool area with direct access. The hotel arranged a starter pack of food before we arrived as we were self catering. It was very quiet and peaceful in a lovely location near the old village. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was great with chilly weather. Our kids got great use from the playground every day. A full kids menu was available all day from 11am to 10pm which we found so handy

The property was spotless. All areas were kept so so clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is really lovely. It is located beside the old village which has the most beautiful restaurants and bars. The village is stunning with gorgeous squares and the most beautiful plants and flowers. I was a solo traveler and was lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2 bed apartment. I was amazed at the size of the apartment I have never stayed in a 2 bed with so much space. The facilities in the apartment were unreal. They had paid so much attention to detail in what a family with kids could require in the apartment. I would recommend this to anyone it was really an amazing apartment.

There was a small fee to change pool towels which seemed odd so we just used the in-unit dryer instead. The gardens are very well kempt but probable shouldn't be cut when guests are sitting next to them!

Buffet breakfast was an absolute hit, lots of choice, fresh and quality food with great service. The swimming pools were clean and the kids loved them. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean.

For the breakfast needs reservation a day before even if breakfast is included in the price!!! Be careful about this. If you are traveling by ELECTRIC CAR - they have no charges!!!

The rooms are very spacious, clean and felt like a home from home. There are ample seats by the pools and you don’t have to reserve a seats to get a seat. Again there is ample space in the pools and the pool areas which makes for a stress free and relaxing holiday. We have already booked to come back next year.

Food in the hotel restaurant is terrible. It is either fast food style or is simply tasteless. For example, we ordered varios salads and we got huge plates with tasteless vegetables, something you get in cheap cafes. Internet is of poor quality. It is ok to check emails, but nothing more substantial. Service is unstable. Sometimes it is great, sometimes you can wait for 20 min during breakfast for a guy helping guests to prepare omelets to show up.

The hotel is located right near Vilamoura old village, a charming place with nice restaurants. The family room was spacious and had a balcony

Too much Covid 'stuff' about. Reception still has plastic partition. Covid notices everywhere including in the apartments. Dining little bit too formal for my liking but probably because out of season.
