The only negative was having no view from the room and no sunlight coming in. The window faced another building about 1m away and could look into other rooms.

Staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable - great showers which we didn’t expect in an old building! Convenient location near the metro and Sao George Castle.

I woke up early to catch a flight and the kitchen instant coffee was empty. They should be checking kitchen supplies are available.

The location is very easy to get to by train. The reception staff member was helpful and friendly. The beds were surprisingly comfortable!!! That honestly surprised me because it's not often you book a cheaper location with mattresses of that quality.

It was great to have the kitchen available, with fridge and hot water. Also teabag available. Very friendly, helpful staff. Not much surface space to put things in the room. Good location (though need to look up to see the sign!).

There are many drug users and dealers directly in front and around the building. At night time the area feels unsafe. The building is very noisy.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was specious and the beds are comfy.

Even though the position is a plus for the city's sights, it is worth mentioning that the district is quite scary, full of drug addicts and homeless people,, which makes it a little uncomfortable to stay out late.

The staff was really nice and helpful, letting us leave our luggage all day as we had a late flight. In addition, the room was clean and the hotel is in a great position for visiting the city.

I didn’t like the location of these property. Martim moniz has so many records of robbery and the area of it is too nasty. The roads are too dirty . At evening the place got very crowded as so many people are having chat between themselves on the road.

The room was neat and clean as well the washrooms. It also has a kitchen where you can use the basic utensils like plates, knife, fork, spoon, mugs etc. you can also have a coffee or tea from the kitchen . There is also washing machine and iron machine, but I’m not sure if clients have access to it.

The room was too simple, the soundproofing was bad, and the hotel was surrounded by Southeast Asians...

Not so satisfied with the neighborhood. During daytime, there was a group of unemployed or noisy teenager just around the street corner.

Martim Moniz is a great location, I love the diversity and the interesting people there, good, reasonable priced restaurants and coffee shops.

I really enjoyed being in the guesthouse. The staff is super nice and makes you feel welcome. The room doesn't feel like it is small and is very practical. The location is great, about a 15min walk from the center and 5min from the martin moniz metro station. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Lisbon.

The area at night seems a bit dodgy- we took taxi and walked straight in to avoid it. It's totally fine at daytime though.

It's very basic /simple, but nice. The manager was very polite and helpful. The room is was very clean and the area very central. I'd happily go back for a long weekend or so.

There is no mirror in the room, unfortunately. The reception is not working 24/7.

I liked the service. The receptionist was very friendly, polite and helpful. The bathroom is quite clean and you can find all necessary items there. The room was clean and light. The bed was comfortable to sleep.
