Air-condition is a bit too small or not located well for the room

Location and staff amazing 👏 Just one issue I had, toilet flushes non-stop. Once I told the reception, they took carever nice room and inviting enviroment. I had very cute balcony

The room wasnt as clean as it could be, there is a bit of a smell in the room. Tlit was ok for what we wanted.

Good location, easy yo park the car, short distance to the old wall of the city. Very nice.

needs a bit renew. its a bit old fashion. its located 5 minutes walk from the shops. if you come with a car you can park outside the hotel. breakfast was ok.. not much.of veriaty.

Bathroom a little quirky but everything worked.

Situated in walking distance of the "walled" old town of Obidos. Off-street secure parking was a bonus. Room furnished in Old style which was fun, if not totally practical. Friendly staff. We missed breakfast!

I liked it all

We arrived very late 1am. The staff was welcoming and the bar had a snack and a glass of wine to buy. Just what we needed to unwind after a long trip.

The coffee is served from a machine, does not make the best coffee. The soapbars in the bathroom won't even foam up, they should change those.

Check in went very well, we arrived way early and the room was ready. While not the largest room, it had a lovely view of the garden, bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Double bed was good size, AC worked really well. Breakfast was good, they even provided soy milk for the cereal. Short walking distance into town, about 5 minutes, parking on the street or private parking lot, all easy and accessible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, great place to stay, would stay here again any time.

Great location close to the fortification, easy parking, quiet, clean and comfortable, the staff were very accommodating and efficient. The swimming pool and the garden an enjoyable way to cool down in the afternoon heat. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from.

The room they gave had a sewage problem with a bad stench in the bathroom, but when I complained they upgraded me to a better room.

When I complained about the stench in my bathroom they immediately upgraded me to a better room. The staff is great, the location is excellent, parking is trivially easy and the price is right. Breakfast is average.

not much to do in the area and nothing to do in the hotel other than the pool. no resturant no bar no music nothing. even by the pool there was no music at all.

the staff were so nice and welcoming. the hotel is very clean but rooms size is for no more than 1 person. they had parking and a swimming pool that was great. very nice view.

It’s very basic and older - the room felt damp. Breakfast is also basic

Location is perfect only 5 min walk to the town and there are good parking. Staff are friendly and has a family feel.

Our AC did not work. Staff tried to fix and offered to move us. But we decided to stay in current room as it was all setup and opened the window.

Quaint hotel not busy, very helpful staff, good breakfast. Parking outside hotel is free and walk to castle wall is only 5 mins.

The bathroom was was lousy. The shower head was twisted towards the wall and impossible to correct. The toilet seat was the flimsiest plastic and was not attached securely to the bowl. The bed was very firm.

We liked the old fashioned vibe of the hotel.Breakfast was very good and the grounds are pretty. The location was great for walking to Obidos. The hotel is located within a hour from the airport so it makes launch for visiting Portugal. We also went to Peniche from there. Gorgeous views of the Atlantic.

The breakfast was good with warm and cold options, and an automatic coffee machine that offers a variety of options. The location was just a few minutes from the historic center and very convenient to walk to. The rooms were basic but clean and functional. There is also a well kept garden area and a small pool.
