lift control was confusing, and if no card had to use the stairs. Noisy in streets from 2-4am, note was on 1st floor.

Loved seeing the Storks and their babies in their nests , great view from terrace. Great breakfast.

Hotel faro and Beach Club is conveniently located near the marina, 15 minutes drive from Faro Airport and close to all cafes/restaurants/shops. The breakfast buffet was superb. The Room is clean and very comfortable. The Staff was really friendly and helpful. I would like to stay in this hotel again and I highly recommend it.

I don’t like the name of the hotel. It implies it is on the beach. It isn’t and there is no beach to get to. That was very disappointing I didn’t like the fact there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

I loved the heaters on the terrace to keep out the cold in the nights. I thought the breakfast was very good and the service was very good too.

Room quite simple & plain. No tea/coffee facilities despite images online suggesting otherwise. Shower over bath seemed a bit basic. No iron in room. Apparently there’s a shuttle which takes you to local beach but we weren’t given any info.regards.

Perfect location for exploring Faro. Close to railway station if you were travelling by train. Pleasant dining/bar area, small swimming pool and loungers all with excellent views. Car parking under hotel €15/day. Very friendly & efficient staff. Good breakfast choices. Would definitely stay again.

The running water from the shower and toilet is low. Takes time to shower and flush the toilet throughout our stay.

Pool maintenance without heads-up or sign when you can use it again.

We were promised harbour-view rooms and given balcony rooms instead. Balcony rooms are smaller and my room looked right at the roof of the next building so no view and and the balcony and the room were quite dark as a result. Balconies were poorly furnished as well, very basic.

Wished the pool and gym open a bit longer. Wished for a balcony but rooftop was a lovely alternative. Wished a few more leaflets around about the free walking tours, tuk-tuk tours and cheap hotel parking for hotel guests.

Breakfast was a super range of goodies. Bacon wasn't like UK bacon, but tasty.

The location and the panoramic view from rooftop restaurant and bar. The breakfast was also excellent.

The room service. One night we wanted just a soup for dinner and we were told we had to order a whole set menu, starters, main and dessert. I think that for the price of your say, you should be able to order a simple meal for you feel like it.

Overall it is a great hotel in a great location. Staff is friendly and very available when needed.

There was a smell in the room from the drains. We mentioned it but didn’t get feedback. Only there two nights so no chance to follow up. Probably caused by no U-bend under the wash basin. Keeping the plug closed and water in the sink stopped it.

The female receptionist we met when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful.Roof terrace with good view of marina. Near to the old town.

This hotel lacks atmosphere. Too many hard surfaces, bland decor, lacks colour. The spa was closed but we were only told that on check in. We had chosen this hotel specifically for the spa. We were not given any price reduction. Instead each room received a complimentary bottle of sparking wine and a few sweet macaroons.

Not a criticism, just a note- the pool is for relaxing not a swim.

All the staff were super efficient and friendly, room was cleaned well, kettle in room.Built in charging points(all working).The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, served in roof top restaurant great start to the day. Fabulous location looking onto Marina. Female travelling solo, felt safe at anll times, easy access to train and bus travel. Plenty of atms nearby.

The drinks up on the rooftop were a bit costly. No where in the town were they that price.

Right in the middle in the middle of the Algarve. We were able to go on day trips with this location. The breakfast was exceptional. Thank you for the take away breakfast in the morning we had to leave early .
