The gym is not well looked after even though it has lots of equipment.

Very clean, towels were changed everyday, breakfast was excellent alot of variety. The staff was very nice.

The room was excellent but we didn't have plugs on the wall beside our beds, though it was under the table. The breakfast didn't have a lot of stuff to eat, but it was enough to keep us full. The rooftop pool was tiny and the doors were locked so we didn't end up there but there is a pool in the negative first floor available.

The rooms were bigger than I was expecting, also mentioning the bathrooms. Everyone was warm and welcoming.

The property is located 1.6 km from the city centre making it difficult to wander in and out of the downtown core. There are very few alternative places to eat and shop near the hotel. Also, the hotel's paid parking was expensive.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and always willing to assist with a smile. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is a sprawling property with varied amenities.

The ventilation was poor. The hallways were very stuffy and the stairways were basically unusable except for emergency because the air was so stagnant. One stairway was very moldy smelling. The restaurant staff was mainly pleasant. However one woman was so rude that it left a very poor impression. I sat with my friend in the dining room while she ate her paid breakfast. I brought my own tea, so took a cup of hot water for it. The woman sent the cashier to harass me to pay for breakfast. I told them it was my own tea and she said that I could only get hot water for tea from the bar/cafe. It wasn’t the first time she treated us as though we were stealing or taking advantage somehow.

The view from the balancing was amazing. There was a restaurant and bar/cafe, which was very convenient if you don’t have a car. It was within 5 minutes walking to a shopping center and laundry service. The location was very central. The housekeeping and front desk staff were so wonderful and helpful.

Slightly too far out (30+ mins to the centre by foot) although during the day the city minibuses are regular and cut that to a few mins (they do not operate late however!). Breakfast OK but only a few alternatives around as this is an outer city area.

- Carpets in the rooms are really in bad condition. It just gave me a feeling that they were NOT changed since the opening of the hotel in 2005!.. - Instead of glass separator, old fashioned shower curtains in a four-star hotel is NOT acceptable. It is not a hygienic solution either!... - Fee for the SPA is understandable. But, paying fee for a very basic level fitness is ridiculous. The same applies for the sauna as well!..

Breakfast - very basic even for the 10EUR charge, but plenty of other options available close by

Location - within the town, very good - 10 mins walk to centre, although the walk back may be a problem for anyone with impaired mobility due to the elevation change (walking back up the hill!) Room - as expected for price point, but no in room facility such as coffee maker or kettle. This is a minimum expectation for any hotel touting a 4* rating Staff - very good. attentive and willing

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and the beds comfortable. The hotel was clean and neat but needed a decor upgrade as it looked a bit dated but nothing to complain about. The breakfast was pretty alright considering we stayed at one another hotel and they had a similar spread. Nothing great but adequate. The staff however were very helpful and they even offered to make us packed breakfast in case we need it.
