Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and versatile. Room clean but quite small. Location great, nice restaurants around the area. Metro Pombal about 300 meters.

Only thing missing was no kettle in the room. After a long day sightseeing I like to have a cup of tea/coffee before I go to bed.

The bathroom was small and dated

The hotel was comfortable and well placed with wonderful and friendly staff. The beds were large and cleaned every day and the air conditioning was 1st class. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice

It was difficult to manage the room temperature at times - either uncomfortably hot or freezing cold. Some instructions on how to set the AC would have been useful.

Located within a few minutes walk of a metro station in an upmarket part of the City. Hotel is also a short walk from the lovely Parque Eduardo VII. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast.

The rooms were small. The fitness center closed at 6pm and after touring till 5 pm there was little time for exercise.

It was walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was great with many food choices.

Would have liked the option of early room servicing. Cooked breakfast option was limited. Would have preferred proper bacon for breakfast and addition of grilled tomatoes as an additional option.

Breakfast service was very good, with food regularly replaced and tables cleaned promptly. Room cleaning was done to very good standard.

The room size was really small for the price I paid. I have an upcoming holiday to Malta in few weeks time and it’s half board and 4 star but I figure out that I paid more for this hotel in Lisbon - how is that possible!

The location is about 15 mins walk to city centre and handy taking the train from the airport. I chose the option to include a buffet breakfast and it was alright. Wi-Fi is great, didn’t encounter any poor connection.

They didn't take our request in mind for tendering a double room even we have got confirmed of a twin room when we booked, and front desk staff showed unhelpful when we asked for their favor that made us uncomfortable.

Rude stuff at breakfast, almost every morning I had to wait to be seated and not even’ good morning’ or ‘sorry for waiting’, nothing … Very small room. As toiletry you have the strict minimum, but not asking for more for a 3 stars hotel . No iron, they make you pay for the service of ironing ; for a 3stars hotel I found it a bit too much. Not even a bottle of water offered in the room when you arrive , there is but they charge 2,5-3euro. Late check in, I announced that I will arrive very early; I didn t expect to have the room in the morning, but at least you try to give me the room at 12-13. NO, only at 15-16.

Let’s say good location, cause it s walkable (15-25min) to the main attractions. The bus station is 4-5 min walk. Breakfast was good even if it is always the same.

No parking is available at all. The only option is to use municipal underground parking, a 10-minute walk.

The hotel staff was friendly and willing to help. The breakfast hall was stylish and comfy.

I would have preferred a quieter room, but I understood that the hotel was very full because of the Belem half marathon.

Great location in Lisbon if you want to stay away from the more expensive Rossio district. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast room was nice and airy; not over crowded. My room was on the small side but fully equipped and comfortable for a single traveller.

The gym was in a lovely spot with great views but unfortunately was only open 8am to 8pm - hours that people are typically away from the hotel.

Great location - close to metro, nice stroll down lovely avenue to the main tourist area. Breakfast was good and started early at 7:15 which is handy. Good area for business working etc. Reasonably quiet at night given the busy streets.

I received a very strange, email that appeared to come from booking.com and the Dom Carlos. It said that I was in danger of losing my reservation if I did not click on this link. I did not. When I logged into the booking.com site, it was clear that there was no issue and that this message was phishing. When I reported this to Dom Carlos, I then got many emails warning me not to respond to these types of emails. I don't think that the Dom Carlos was involved in the phishing but they didn't have to keep sending me so many messages about this when I was the one that reported it to them.

Convenient location. Walking distance to some nice restaurant choices. Nice workout room on the top floor of the hotel.

The breakfast was a little bit boring. There were not so many choices. The tables in the restaurant were not set, we had to set It, like a self service.

No tea/coffee facility in bedroom and if you want a tea or coffee out of breakfast hours you have to pay! No proper bar, you can ask at the desk and they will get you a drink but it's not the same as a nice bar. The standard double room, although clean and comfortable is very small.

Excellent location, great friendly staff. Really good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Excellent hot, powerful shower.

Top feature was the very friendly staff at front desk, providing useful information regarding restaurants, means of transportation and a variety of useful info, and tips. The property was very stylish and comfortable.
