Friendly staff at on the desk. Easy checkin and checkout. Excellent breakfast with all the things I like on holiday - fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, bacon and pastries. Bathroom was good - great overhead shower. Room was cleaned and had clean pillowcases and towels each day. Great location in Baixa close to river front and restaurants. There are some excellent restaurants close the hotel - we loved Ghandi Palace and A Licorista O Bachalhoeiro.

I prefer a larger room but it’s a historic building and they could only work within the given area to preserve its beauty. For a short stay it was fine as we don’t stay in the room very much

Everything was very nice but the room was really small. Only staying two night it was totally fine. Staff very helpful and the breakfast was nice. We even had supper one night and it was also very nice. They were able to arrange a car to pick us up when we got off the ship then later took us to the airport for a very reasonable rate.

The hotel is well, placed the rooms spotless and a decent size, but it's the staff who make this hotel. from the front desk to the breakfast room to the cleaners, absolutely faultless.

The TV has the source button on the remote disabled. Meaning we cannot use a chromecast or any other smart devices to watch our own stuff. There was some loud noise at night, almost like they were cleaning some rooms at night. We booked a room that showed balcony in the photos, but they put as in a room without balcony. Eventually they moved us to a balcony room 3 days later. Not a big problem though.

Location was great, easy walking distance to all main landmarks. Clean and tidy. Staff was good and helpful.

Hotel Lis Baixa was a lovely hotel centrally located. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on premise had a delicious breakfast and dinner. I would choose this hotel again if we ever return to Lisbon.

The rooms are extremely small, there is no space to move or sit. Also, during the weekends is a little noisy outside.

The hotel is located very centrally and many things are accessible by foot.

I am accustomed to very small rooms traveling in Europe but I must say this was the smallest and nearly un manageable . The balcony is a window that you need to move the only chair several times ( to spots that block closets or doors ) in order to open or close it

The front desk staff were great. Good recommendations for restaurants. When we had an issue (funny situation) they were helpful and concerned with our well being.

The box breakfast provided on our early tour day was adequate, but we didn’t eat most of it. The driver that the hotel arranged to take us to the airport was not able to get to the hotel due to roads blocked off for the 4/25 celebrations. We had to go on foot, managing our luggage for some distance to meet the driver. This was NOT the fault of the hotel or driver, but was a bit difficult for us.

The location was really good! I walked from the cruise ship. All of the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The tuktuk tour they arranged for us was really fun and a great way to maneuver the steep parts of Lisbon. We did not have breakfast at the hotel due to early tours and flights.

The room was extremely small, basically just enough space to walk around the bed one person at a time. Although this area is close to many attractions, there are many abandoned buildings nearby.

We stayed for 5 nights. Room was small but having the balcony was great. Very clean. Great shower with very good water pressure. Housekeeper came everyday and kept the room tidy and provided with fresh towels everyday. Great location. Walking distance to all the neighborhoods around the area, shops and restaurants

The location couldn't be better. Right in the center of town, close to any restaurant, cafe or store. Walking distance to most attractions and located meters from the main streets or boulevard, making it less crowded with traffic and people.

Our room was small, but we only had carry on luggage. However, if you have big bags you might want to check with the hotel to upgrade to a bigger room.

Great location right in Lisbon City center, close to major sites and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced, you get everything: breads,pastries, cakes, yogurt and fruit, juices, specialty coffee, charcuterie, cheese. The staff is amazing, hotel is very clean.
