It was very noisy at night with the local bars and drunk crowd. Also, in future, would prefer to book in the section with elevators to avoid taking all the luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

THE STAFF! They were very helpful and helped us take our luggage to the second floor sknce we had a baby with us. Also, the property was spotless and had a great view to the street. It's also situated in a great location. The breakfast was fantastic!

Could do with providing shampoo / body wash for the shower, just a small bottle was in the bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful for sure but not enough choice and the same every day. Perhaps an option sheet to opt in/out of items might help wastefulness? We felt bad that so much food was going to waste.

Fab location very easy to get everywhere! Some great spots nearby for food and drinks all within walking distance. Room was very comfortable, nice big bed, air con, lots of space, good shower. Lovely staff and housekeeping, room was always immaculate when we came back after a long day. Bonus of a rooftop terrace for reading a book in the sunshine! A few comments have mentioned noisy rooms, we were lucky enough to be on the top floor facing away from the main party road and didn't notice any noise at all so was absolutely fine.

Noisy on weekend due to the bar nearby

If we had to go back to Lisbon, this would be the apartment, it’s very close to everywhere with a lovely neighbourhood. The house is so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The aircondition and all facilities were brand new and fully functional. Very very good apartment.

The person that met us didn't wait for us to park so we had to find the hotel ourselves after parking the car. It wasn't difficult but it did take us a few minutes to figure out where to go and we did see another guest struggling to find the reception.

Someone came to meet us and show us where to park our car. The car park is reasonably close to the hotel and parking was good value for money considering how central the location is. The apartment surprised us. I was travelling with my wife and 17 month old son. We had plenty of space, well equipped kitchen with cutlery, plates, saucepans, microwave etc. Good wifi, we streamed Netflix both nights. We had read other reviews complaining of noise but we did not have any issues. Bare in mind the hotel is on a busy nightlife street in the middle of the city. If your looking for complete peace and quiet this is not the place for you. Breakfast was continental and provided a good variety including, tea, coffee, croissants, bread, jams, ham, cheese etc. Bed was very comfortable, good water pressure on shower. Amazing location, plenty of bars and restaurants around and easy to public transport.

the neighbourhood is loud and the windows are not as soundproof as they should be for that neighbourhood and price.

The apartments themselves are in good shape, the beds are comfortable, and there is air-conditioning which is a huge plus.

My only complaint is that it wasn't stated when I made the reservation there would be an additional 75 euro charge for my friend who was staying with me in a two bedroom apartment. It seemed fairly obvious I wasn't alone considering I booked a two a two bedroom apartment. I also didn't understand why we weren't given a second key if we were being charged 75 extra euro a night.

The location is great, ton of great restaurants and bars. Even though the street below was very noisy, our rooms were very well insulated from the noise below and the breakfast was a very nice touch as well. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast options became monotonous after a few days.

Loved the convenience of having a small though well-equipped kitchen. It cut down on costs for meals. The windows were massive and let in tonnes of light. They also had wooden shutters that were excellent for when we needed to have midday nap. I appreciated how attentive staff were to our needs or requests.

Apartment could be a little cleaner or possibly needs some new soft furnishings. Noise from bars is very loud in the living room area but soundproofing for bedroom was good.

Beds were comfortable and apartment was a good size. The soundproofing in bedroom worked well to block most of noise from bars close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, bringing us to the nearby carpark and throughout the stay

Nothing really, we were on the top floor, and the stairs were steep, and with a heavy ag were difficult, but once up there there were no problems a great base for a family wedding.

It's a great Location; comfortable; and easy to get around. The staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. The street can be noisy but the bedrooms of our apartment were at the back of the building and as such we had no noise issues. Great for easy walking.

In convenience of no on on-site laundry. While the tour driver we booked on Sunday managed to drive us to the front door, the driver we booked from Lisbon Airport did not drop us at the door which was difficult with our luggage.

Could do with a good clean as black mould in the bathroom. Fan also didn’t work in bathroom. Extremely noisy at night with bars directly downstairs (suggest to provide earplugs!) which lasted until 3am every night (not just Fri and Sat).
