Too many stairs, the boiler was next to my room and it was noisy. You can’t really sleep with opened windows because you can hear all the noise from the street and it would be great to get the room cleaned more often.

The position is amazing, you can go back to the guesthouse anytime you need. The breakfast was tasty and staff very nice. The rooms are basic but there is everything you need.

I left a very important necklace in the room. When I called to ask about it, they said that nothing was handed in. Likely stolen although no one was that helpful.

We had a tiny attic room you could barely stand up in so it would not have been good for more than one night. I would stay again if could guarantee a better room though and the bed was comfy and the room was quiet.

Our room was filled with a queen bed and 2 single beds. There was no space for the suitecases. The room was too small for a family of 4.

This isn't anything the apartment can control, but it was a bit noisy outside (better noise insulation would help) and there are some street vendors who made it a bit uncomfortable coming into and leaving the accommodation.

Very clean appartment and friendly staff. The breakfast was great and shared seating area was lovely. Rooms are very small, but worked well for a quick 1 night stay. We were able to store our luggage there after check-out, which was great for us. Super close to the square with a food market and all the sights, restaurants and shops - excellent location.

The water in the shower was warm, but not hot.

The apartment was really comfortable, with a very nice view from the living room. Very nice location, just at the edge of the square, near 2 metro stations. In the street where it is located is almost all day full with Street Vendors though its harmless. no lift so you have to lift the luggage on your own up to the room. The view from the room was not attractive at all.

Located in the Centre. Almost all tourist attractions are near. Room was small but comfy. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast is really basic. I mean, you have bread, gem, coffee, water, juices, some cake and that’s basically it. Don’t expect omelettes or eggs or anything more. Five meters away from the main entrance there are street people illegally selling bags, sport shoes, etc and makes the entire street feel not too safe. Ghetto like. We did not have any issues but need to be aware of it.

The staff is very friendly. The guesthouse is in an old building. They provide all that you need. The location is central, which means you are close to everything. And close to the railway station. Which maybe you would not want to be close to.

- In general - but especially at night - we were a little uneasy to go in- and outside of the hotel (we were travelling as 2 young women). the men at the entrance sometimes tried to talk to us and there was always a crowd near the entrance - The pin code to the hotel wasnt changed throughout our stay - anyone who knew the code could easily enter through the front door, we would have felt more secure with a key card or anything else - No cleaning service throughout our stay of 3 nights (towels got very dirty and wet) & no refill of the water bottle (we filled it up with tap water from the bathroom) - Stairs are not for the weak!! We were at the very top floor and it could be very difficult to get to the top at times. Arrival and departure days were really horrible with carrying our suitcases All in all I would definitely recommend it for a rather short stay (up to 3 nights max) and also for people who are physically on the fitter side (because of the steep stairs). Depending on the person of course - I would not recommend it to stay alone as a woman (because of the people right at the entrance of the hotel). Apart from that, we were really happy to stay and had a great time!

+ Location: extremely central, very easy to navigate + Staff: really friendly and tried to help as much as they could + Breakfast: a lot of options (bread, jams, fruit, warm drinks), there was also a different homemade fruit juice every day (compared to other hotels where there was breakfast included - this one was by far the best) + Bathroom was clean

The room was really small and pretty moist. There wasn't a cleaning service, and our towels were constantly wet.

There is quite a group at the front of the hotel selling stuff - the police seem to move them on. Nothing to worry about but for some guests or lone desks they might be alarmed. There was an issue with our bathroom, but the staff were helpful so just one of those things
