I found (and killed) several cockroaches. I imagine this is because of the age of the building, but I want the owners to be aware that they may need to do something about this to keep the population from growing. Also, I absolutely loathed the electronic checkin. It took forever to check in all three of us, when we were exhausted from traveling. I hate dealing with machines instead of people. It makes the place feel sterile. I missed having an actual physical key in my hand. One night the code didn't work. My main issue was the lack of a front desk and a welcoming human.

The location of this hotel was ideal, right in the heart of Lisbon. It was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable lounging area, dining table, and equipped kitchen. We loved having the space, the refrigerator, and being able to cook to save money.

No microwave, could be a bit noisy at night especially during weekends or high season. If you are looking for good vibes and a well connected location is anyway a great place.

I stayed in Lisbon with my parents for a couple of days and this apartment is great! The location is very central (tram 28 has a stop just down the street), and there are several small markets, restaurants and coffe shops nearby. We travelled at the beginning if March, therefore the area was still very quiet, but you might need to consider a busier nightlife during the high season. Anyway, the windows are new and they keep the noise away. Air conditioning, furbished kitchen, fridge, kettle, owen. The bathroom is comfortable but it doesn't have a window. They changed our towels every day and it was super clean. I would suggest it to families during the lower season and to friends or couples in spring/summer time probably. Overall, and considering the central location, it was a good value for money.

It was the second time we stayed in these apartments, as we love the location - Bairro Alto. The checkin procedure was very convenient - we got a door code and checked in at a digital kiosk in a hallway with our IDs. Our studio (room 4H) was located on the top floor and didn't face the main street, which was a huge advantage. The main street is very busy, and has a bunch of cafes and a tram line. Trams run from 6 in the morning to 11 in the evening and make a lot of noise. The first time we stayed in an apartment looking over the main street and it was difficult to fall asleep even with earplugs. The studio was well equipped, the bathroom was specious and had free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Automatic checkin system didn’t work. Had to call staff after a few attempts and was then allocated the wrong room. Disappointed, we called staff again then had to wait for staff to arrive and change our room, so overall the checkin process was quite annoying. Giuseppe made things right, thank you! So once in our apartment all was forgotten and we had a great stay.

Bathroom is smallish and not well laid out (the main door and shower door interferes with each other. Location can be noisy thru 2AM. It's on a narrow uphill street with 1 person width sidewalk made of slippery Portuguese cobbles.

Big roomy apartment. Abundant of great food everywhere. Also lots of small markets/convenience store. Close to Time Out Market.

While the apt was cleaned very well, the upholstered furniture was tired looking and quite stained. The kitchen should have a dish drainer for manually washing and a towel for drying dishes.The flooring also had many large gaps throughout the space, posing a bit more of an injury risk.

I had trouble with the on-line check in, but found the kiosk to be easier. Code access is a plus - no keys to share or lose. The common areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained. There were plenty of clean towels available for our party of three, and it was nice to see the tray of tea bags, crackers and jams. The black out shutters are a bonus too plus the a/c. There is a lot of storage space too.

The bed could be more confortable. The kitchen is new but some stuff lack a little bit of love (paint peeling, this type of stuff. Nothing that would affect your stay.)

It was spacious. Clean. We had room cleaning everyday and the staff was super helpful and nice. The emplacement was AMAZING. The view from our window was spectacular. It couldn’t be more in the middle of everything. It is a distance of walk of everything. It was really ideal for a family of three.

Furniture in the living room was really dirty. Check-in was confusing: information regarding access to the apartment was contradictory, owners demanded additional registration on their website apart from booking.com. Detergents for washing-machine and dishwasher were not provided (extra charge - 1 euro per tab - was expected).
