To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomReally small thing but the pillows were quite small so it made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.
Really friendly staff, great location just minutes from a metro station and a small supermarket. The hotel is around a 5 minute metro ride from the centre of Lisbon and not has easy public transport links to the airport.

IrelandEverything was upto standards. We didn't really like the view as it was just stairs but it was fine because we were outside exploring Lisbon majority of the time.
The whole room was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Whenever we needed help with the air conditioning, we got it straight away. We also needed a taxi booked to the airport as Uber and Bolt were not working and they booked it for us. The hotel itself was very nice and it was situated very nicely in the city. Something I forgot to mention was the noise. It was quiet throughout the night unlike the main city centre. It was a great stay!

It is a small but neat clean hotel not far away from Old Town of Lisbon. The staff at front desk was not really friendly or smiley as normally hotel staffs are but not rude either. Just weirdly serious. The check in was easy and fast. Breakfast was average in terms of options but was still ok in my opinion. Location is nice. Close to metro stations and a park and fountains. There is a Turkish restaurant about 600m away which servers awesome food

SerbiaThere was no view from the room, only a wall of some kind blocking the view. The safe deposit box was not working or the manual next to it wasn't good. The glass in the bathroom is not big enough, so the bathroom floor was all wet after the shower.
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fine. In general everything looks clean and nice.

United KingdomI didn't like the fact that you had to put down a 40 euro deposit in advance for purchases from the mini bar, or that you had to pay for tea and coffee. (The hotel does refund the deposit at the office the stay). I would recommend staying at the hotel but be careful of any hidden extras. I enjoyed my stay & would stay at the hotel again. Fairly good value for money.
Great little hotel in an interesting neighbourhood with excellent WiFi and breakfasts. ( Fresh breads daily). Also very close to the centre. Good size rooms.

The hotel is the edge of Lisbon, but the metro is five minutes walk away. The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was fresh and had a wide selection of possibilities.

CanadaNot a dislike, restaurant was a bit expensive compared to nearby restaurants but food and service were good.
A very nice hotel with lobby, bar area, breakfast area and restaurant. Room was smaller than our other stays but well configured and clean and comfortable. Minibar($) was available, complimentary water and tea making provided. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Area around hotel had lots of good restaurants and cafes. It was also 3 blocks from metro, as location is out of main central area, a long walk down and uphill back, but doable. Would stay again.

United States of AmericaThe family room “double” bed was definitely small. We managed just fine, but multiple nights in that might have been difficult. If you are sensitive to perfumes, I’d think about finding a different place. We weren’t bothered, but it was definitely something I noticed.
The room was clean and had everything we needed for our one night. The staff were incredibly friendly. We had to catch a train very early the next morning and they packed a breakfast to go for us which was really nice! The neighborhood is noisy, but the room was quiet and we slept without any noise issues!
