The buffet breakfast was a particular favorite of mine, featuring a wide range of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, and beverages. It was a great way to start the day.

Prior to arriving I had requested a twin room but when we arrived we were given a small double bed room not what we required. However they did sort out the problem immediately and upgraded us to a very pleasant room overlooking the lovely avenue. It was ideal.

The property was spotless. A great location just beside the metro or if you like walking as we did it was just about 15 minutes or so from downtown. The staff were very kind, pleasant and helpful. We were very happy there.

when AC was first turned on it had a weird smell. NO Iron & Ironing boards! I was told it was due to safety reasons and if I wanted something Ironed I would have to pay!

Hotel Staff are very good. We had a room on the 9th floor the maid noticed my birthday card. On our return there was a bottle of champagne and two cakes. It was a lovely surprise from the hotel. Location is good, plenty of choice for breakfast.

It would be good to air the room after it is cleaned.. Also the noise from the corridor is too much early in the morning, so the sound isolation is not the best.. But if you need a place in the best location in Lisbon, it is definitely a good option..

The location is excellent! It is right in the heart of Lisbon, but not in the most crowded part-and if you need to go somewhere the metro is just next to it.. They also allowed me to check in much earlier than the check-in time, which made my day much more convenient.. The size of the room and the comfort of the bed was quite good.. The room was clean with a nice view..

The staff was extremely nice! We arrived quite late in the evening and despite this, the people at the reception were explaining everything enthusiastically. They were very proactive and nice every time we entered the building. The room was comfy, with a nice design and it was also very clean! We really appreciated the nearly soundproof double windows. Our room was facing the main road, but we could barely hear the traffic if the window was closed. We did not try the breakfast (ate out instead), but the staff offered us to take a look at the bufe before we make a decision on paying for breakfast. (We didn't look at the end.)
