The hotel is a budget hotel, so receptionist at night was bar staff which is totally expected, no coffee in rooms or at bar. Not much around hotel walking.

The hotel was clean and staff were great, breakfast was more than enough- it was a continental buffet and I don’t know why people complain about it, there was plenty of variation, breakfast coffee was excetional, heated swimming pool, I don’t think you can go wrong with this hotel

It does not have much activity around the hotel, so its a great hotel for people looking for a place to sleep and then wander off around the Algarve.

Its a nice, small and "traditional" hotel in a residential location. It has good parking spots outside and the rooms are clean with a balcony. Breakfast is served in the basement with view to an underground pool facility, with a great offer of pastries, juices, fruits and other snacks. There are few establishments around it, so it offers beers and drinks in the hotel bar. Staff is friendly and check-in & check-out is swift. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet, good for resting.

Location of hotel situated in a housing estate difficult to find no restaurant in the area no supermarket only blocks of houses the pool not suitable for disabled or elderly persons very dangerous to get in and out

The Wi-Fi varied in strength from good to weak to better and so on. (There was a notice advising that there was a problem but there was no improvement whilst there) Only one small lift in main building Too many barking dogs in vicinity Door slamming

AC was extremely loud and hard to regulate. Beds are really hard.

Though this hotel has clearly seen its better days (around 70s or 80s, I guess), the rooms and facilities are quite spacious, everything is clean and there's a free indoor pool and breakfast included. At one of the lowest prices in town is was an ok deal (mainly because there wasn't anything better at this price point).

A little bit further away from the beach, but you can still easily walk. Portimao is a lovely location! I would definitely recommend it.

The staff are amazing!!! The most lovely man greeted us and let us store our bags until check in. They also let us do an early check in because the room was ready! Great value, amazing breakfast.

The swimming pool was nice, but it was inside and not always comfortable to use (outside would be better). The staff was kind, someone was always smiling, others a bit less.

The hotel has anything you need. Breakfast was well furnished, starting from fruit to salty option. The room was a standard double, with a nice balcony watching the garden. The cleaning of the room was also a merit.

The AC was not what you expect it to be when there is 36•C outside, but it was fully working! Breakfast didn’t have a lot, but I still found myself something!

The price for the hotel was okay, considering the fact it was a festival happening! The staff was really really nice! And the rooms were okay as well!

Bathroom design. The toilet was awkward to use. A 2nd bed had been placed partially across the exit to the terrace area.

It was great to finda hotel central in Portimão and not at the beach resorts. Great reception were very helpful when asking about local restaurants.

It's strategic good place to travelers around Algarve. You shouldn't expect too much, but it's good for sleep after active day. Quite good breakfast. Our room was clean and calm but every day we noticed small ants 🐜 in bathroom.
