We loved the resort and all the facilities. The indoor pool at the time of our stay was relatively quiet and we ended up spending lots of time there. The access to the beach was excellent and we loved going on a walk every morning

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this resort. Its an one end of Alochete - which is well worth exploring - some really lovely little restaurants. The room was very comfy with a basic kitchen. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. We had dinner at the hotel one night - which is Italian - really tasty. The spa facilities were good - very quiet and a really nice perk at the end of our holiday. There is a really good walk you can do from the hotel - aptly named the Mosquito route - which unsurprisingly had LOADS of mosquitoes, so cover yourself! Well worth it though - the wild flowers and local plants where out in full bloom and very pretty.

There was no note in the room or on the phone indicating reception’s phone number. Temperature thermostat stuck on one temperature and unchangeable. 2;00 euros fee for water that comes from a water machine and in a country where there is no shortage of water. It should be free and complementary to the guests.

The hotel asks to use the towels from the room for the pool, however there is no rack in the room to dry any clothes or towels. Adding a rack to the rooms is my recommendation.

Some amenities were not working (sauna) and as a result we had to go into another building in our spa attire to get into a working sauna. Room service also seemed to be a bit sluggish. I would have thought that for the rates charged, we would be counting on a resort firing at all cylinders. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience and would go there again in the future.

We had a very pleasant experience as we were celebrating our anniversary. The romantic package I’d ordered was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the spa facilities.

It was situated in a really boring place with nothing to do, not much nearby, not very nice scenery. The hotel was so quiet it felt really empty and there was just no vibes. Maybe it was the time we went, but it was half term for a lot of places so expect it to be a bit busier. The staff just let you get on with it, not helpful unless you asked for help.

The property was really modern and clean with everything to a really high spec. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant served good food.

Probably not ideal for our kids. A bit too quite. Would have a loved a kids club. WiFi was poor at times to do some remote working. Not enough hangers to hang our clothes.

The resort was fabulous better that we expected. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Would highly recommend to my friends. Food was great.

The view to the sea, I think they could clean the land in front of the pool so in that way the view will become spectacular. Is not that close to lisbon, but it is ok,

The cappuccino 😅, it was basically sweet chocolate, but it was a machine regulation. I like my war beverages to be sweetened to my taste. Also, the first day my food was salted beyond comprehension, I thought the restaurant was bad. I ate there all the days of my vacation and I can say that the restaurant is good and it was something extraordinary but, first time? Almost inedible. The wine bottle price. 200m from there I can get the same bottle for 4 euros, and they are selling it for 20-30, that meant that I went out for drinks. If it was 10-15 they would have had me drinking there and eating, probably.

Everything they had was great. I really can't list. It's everything. If you are going there for something you saw in a brochure, it's going to be good and the people there want you to have a great time.

The room was very comfortable, and the bedding good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had very good food and service. The pool area is lovely and the setting just a postcard picture especially at night with Lisboa in the distance.

The room was fairly well stocked - but didn't quite have everything we needed as a family of 4. For instance we didn't have a high-chair and we had to request additional glassware. It would have been great to have been provided with some information about the local area as we struggled with navigating it and probably didn't see it to it's full potential.

The room was really large, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent. The restaurant was nice and lively. The proximity to Lisbon was great, just a short drive in for the days where we wanted to explore the city.

Love the pool and the apartment and the staff …. Very lively place to have a holiday. Beach was only ok but it is lively to be by the river ….. the location was ok for us as we got an Uber from Lisbon and there are 2 shopping malls a drive away.
