Bed very firm so not to my liking. Could also do with firmer pillow option. No restaurant in hotel but two next door. But would have liked to be told this at check in. Good public transport near but again would be nice to be told this at check in...especially with road works on road. Bar area is nice and female server lovely. But could be promoted a but more or enhanced so you don't feel you are sitting in reception.

Breakfast good but expected famous Pastel De Nata and none available. Staff very friendly Price for use of minibar very good and not usual rip off of other hotels. Later check out than other hotels which is great and option to hold bags at no extra cost for late flights. Delta instant coffee in room is awful but breakfast and camomile tea is lovely -just not left every day.

One drawback was the hotel's location, which was somewhat distant from the city center/main attractions. It was a 40-minute walk to the center, which we didn't mind, but it was notable that it was raining most days when we visited, making the walk less convenient. However, this was not a surprise to us, as we were aware of it when booking, and we primarily used taxis as a group for transportation to the center. Another issue was the comfort of the bed. The bed felt old and uncomfortable, with a noticeable sinking feeling, suggesting that the mattress needed replacement. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Personally, this didn't significantly impact my stay, as I typically have a small breakfast with coffee. Moreover, there's a cafe conveniently located right next to the hotel, offering an alternative breakfast choice. It's worth noting that the hotel only provides shower gel, so be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

During our stay at the hotel, we were primarily out exploring, so we didn't spend much time in the facility. However, the hotel met our needs adequately. Although the hotel lacked a restaurant, it didn't negatively impact our stay as we frequently dined at nearby restaurants or in the city center. The surrounding area offered multiple dining options. Additionally, there were nearby markets and shops that were convenient. We had limited interactions with the staff, but the little contact we had was positive, with a friendly and accommodating receptionist during check-in. The room was cleaned daily, and the hotel featured a small bar that stayed open until 1 am, where we enjoyed a couple of drinks on our first night. The hotel offered good value for our money.

There is mold on the shower floor. There is no unloading zone, you have to double park to get our luggages from our van. Far from Old Town.

The room and bathroom is a good size. The front desk staff is friendly.

The lifts are very small and you need to wait for them. The bathroom was old and you could see little dark bits in the shower. They also had computer trouble that took several minutes when we tried to check out.

The breakfast was good and the cleaning in general worked (one day the cleaner had been in a hurry and it was not ideal, but the next day it was fine again). We asked for a quiet room and we got one.

Not the fault of anyone but at the time of visit to hotel area there was all kinds of major construction.

Porto was beautiful downtown the metro was helpful.

The Hotel is just a short walking distance from the Metro and 10 minutes away by car from the city's old town and port wine houses. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was OK.

Difficult to get over to campanha Station. Hotel organised a taxi. 25euro which was expensive.

Too far from the downtown area but nothing that a 30 minute walk couldn't cure. We booked it there because it was close to our car rental pick up upon our departure from Porto.

The only down side was the maintainance of the shower, which for me is a big downside. In addition, I came alone and the room was set with additional third bed, so it wastoo crowded.

There was no outdoor seating area for the hotel and lack of amenities within the hotel for snacks during the day. Location was not ideal for what we like, it was a bit far away from town.

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The bathroom was excellent, 2 sinks, great shower over the bath. Was great to have a fridge too.

The breakfast choices are very limited. Breakfast juices are a concentrated mix. Not fresh. Only hot options and they were not hot, were scrambled eggs that were not good. baked beans, mushrooms and tomatoes. Sliced white and brown bread for toasting. There was a cotton bud on the bathroom floor when we left for the day and when we came back that night it was still there. definitely no floor cleaning done. they do not put a cover on the duvet on the bed.

The property was quite and close to stop 15 on the hop on hop off gray line bus route. We asked for another layer to be added to the hard bed to make it softer. They did this for us.
