We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaI really don't want to offend the staff; they are wonderful here. But the lunch at the hotel restaurant is awful. Lisbon is a city renowned for its fish and seafood, but the fish served at the hotel restaurant is frankly bad, and the prices are frankly high.
The room is spacious, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, the garage is spacious and comfortable.

The sea view of the room at level 16. Quiet floor and helpful bartender. No smoking smell in the corridor, Thanks for the birthday cakes. Metro station and Chinese buffet restaurant is just a few meters away from the hotel's main entrance.

Location short Uber to the square. We used concierge to tell us where to go. Ordered UBER to furthest location and worked our way to all sights. Great day. Great city. Enjoyed the day and came back to hot tub and glass of wine.

IrelandRoom service is not 24hs (which can be tricky depending on your flight options), however the hotel let you use 'food delivery applications', like Uber Eats.
The location is PERFECT, super easy to get into city centre & to main attractions! - short distance from the metro station (red line) and different bus stops. The hotel is simple yet comfortable and clean.

Location is great, right by a metro station which connects to the airport. Convenient if you have early/ late flights. There is also a cute bakery nearby, and a large grocery store.

BelgiumRoom was ok, it was little old but the renovation is good. The carpet on the floor is not preferred as there is dust. If the place was close to city center would be great for tourists.
The view from the hotel was really good. It is close to Airport and good connectivity through Metro. The staff was very courtious and the check in check out process was very smooth.

It was very clean, they changed towels every day, the mattress was very comfortable, convenient location - just at the entrance of a metro station, metro goes until 1 am, breakfast was very good.
