The only thing I did not like in the Villa was that there are no full mirrors anywhere in the Villa. I think this could be easily improved by adding a couple of full mirrors in the Villa.

The villa was totally worth the price. The special parking for every Villa was really convenient. The living room and the kitchen were simply the best in the Villa. The bedrooms were also comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

While our apartment was nicely laid out and decorated, some elements of fit out had been skimped. There were not enough sockets, lighting was very poor, and there was no storage for items such as sweeping brush, ironing board, mop bucket, etc so these items were stacked against the wall in the hall and living room. No initial stock of coffee, tea, coffee or other basics provided (but bathroom well stocked with nice products, to be fair).

There are few basic things that was expected with the amount charged. These include coffee, tea, sugar,milk sachets in the kitchen. There is a coffee machine but no coffee kids, which is odd. There is no parasols either near the pool.

Seems like the only concern of the management of the villa is money and nothing else. The payment system is very complicated, the next day you arrive you have to go to another place to complete the payment until 11 am and if you don’t do so, you will not be able to enter villa. Also they ask for deposit after you booked the villa already. Some plates and cups were dirty, also there is no any single thing for cooking ( like oil, salt, sugar, coffee or tea, nothing). Even cheap hotels have those things. Villa doesn’t cost the money, staff and rules should be changed .

The fact we had to give 24hrs notice if we needed anything and the toilet roll had run out so we had to go and purchase and carrying the goods whilst out on a meal was annoying.

Room size's were reasonable and I enjoyed the 2 x Villa's where 1 had a decent pool and the other with a nice patio/balcony area to relax. We had Wifi all around which was excellent

We had an issue with our key card, that didn't work one morning, but we went to the reception and got a new one right away. Any issue we had we contacted the reception and Catia was just the best help!!!

The location is perfect, 5min walk from the beach and 10min drive to the city centre. The rooms were spacious, the beds super comfortable, the rooms had blackouts on the windows which made super easy to sleep. There was a TV in each room, lots of mirrors, airco worked great! The pool is very spacious, everything around was super clean. We couldn't be happier with the place we stayed.

The apartment was a tad outdated, and the beds were uncomfortable. Also the fact, that even though there's a washing machine, we asked for new towels at reception and was told NO as our stay was only four nights. Even though this was stated on the website, it was raining and very humid, and towels did not dry on time. Reception staff was a bit rude and unhelpful.

It wasn’t enough plates and cutlery. The dishwasher soap or toilet paper was certainly not sufficient for all the days and we brought. From the photo we believed that our appartment had a private swimming pool, that it was not the case.

Very comfortable appartment with 2 rooms and with an extra sofa bed perfect for a medium - big family size. Air conditioning in every room and living room. 2 toilets and with small balcony.

Living room decorated sparsely - no side tables or coffee table and dark heavy curtains with a few things such as outside cushion covers outdoors needing to be replaced. Decor a little depressing. Aircon in main room didn’t work so well but rest of villa was very good.

Had everything we could have needed in the kitchen, linen wise and towels. Was cleaned during our stay with linen and towels being replaced. Had a shared washing machine that was easily accessible. Fantastic privacy even though neighbours close. Amazing to have undercover parking so close to accommodation. Stairs directly up from underground parking to each villa. Beautiful private swimming pool that was cleaned daily. Great garden furniture with dining table outside and another on the balcony

Only downside I can really think of was the lack of a kettle/cups in the room for tea/coffee making facilities. Outside of that, not much I would criticise.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Location in relation to beaches (2 nearby), marina and the Old Town is excellent. Would happily stay again.

- furniture is much older vs what it looks on pictures; several things could need a replacement - only one of the pools shown on the photos was accessible for us, also some of the other seemingly common areas didn‘t exist. It seems there are different accommodations which are shown as one on booking, which isnt the case.. they should rather be listed separately. - bedside tables & some other areas were dusty when we arrived. Bedside tables then only properly cleaned after asking 3x and after leaving our pyjamas on them as well after making the bed.. :( reception staff apologized for this.

- breakfast good but without much variety - Nice staff - good location: closest beach just 10 mins walk, other beaches close by (You ideally need a car to go out and to other beaches though, while this is usually the case on the algarve)
