The bed is quite cheap and feels like it will break the mattress not great or the pillows they're fine but could be better they only clean every 3 days which I don't like at all

The showers were a tad small and would have been good to have a kettle and some more cups etc for such a large apartment. A washing machine would be great too.

The apartment had plenty of room with a big open plan. Was also a great location.

There is a kitchen but no kettle (although there was a moka pot). The door of the shower cabin was broken.

The location is very nice, the apartment is big, there is a balcony, a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms (for 4 people max in our case). Everything is clean and nice. We arrived to Porto much earlier than the check in time. But we were allowed to leave there our bags until we finally do the check in. The registration process was also done online, so the whole check in in the hotel took less than a minute.

The host who checked us in did not speak English which was suprising as all messages from booking.com as well as the call we made to the property to get let in were all in English. She was extremely kind and repeated everything the whole time so we got there eventually.

Friendly staff in every step of the booking and check-in process. The room is nice and basic but spacious for a studio and the kitchenette is a perfect option for keeping on a budget while travelling. In addition to the room we had a private back patio on the ground floor which was great for wine in the evenings. You could not ask for a better location if you want to explore Porto!

Could do with a kettle, a few things were a bit shabby and need updating, (maintenance). You could hear people walking upstairs but not a big deal.

The room was very clean and the location was very good which were the main things we were looking for. It had air con if needed, shower was ok, No view but not needed. Beds were ok. There was a very enthusiastic young woman with very detailed information when we checked in and gave us our key.

One of AC units did not work properly. Menagment ignore our complain, even it was very warm day. Extremly basic kitchen appliancies, no coffe machine, no toaster, no kettler, no dish soap...

More signage on arrival, a long mirror and more clothes hangers would useful. Internet connection weak in areas of the apartment.

The location was a little further out than I would have liked but it was a relatively easy walk so it was not an issue for me.

The room was spacious and clean. The shared bathroom was kept clean and there were excellent kitchen facilities. A supermarket was nearby.

The room was ready when we arrived. It exceeded our expectation as it was very spacious, welcoming and very clean. Ana was exceptional and gave us tips about Porto and we were not disappointed. Location was perfect as it was very near all the tourist landmarks.

The communication was quite difficult at the beginning. I received the code to the key box only several hours before arrival - it was quite strange, flying from your country not knowing how to get to your accomodation...

A plan showing where your apartment is located would have helped upon arrival. The floors are old and really creaky so you could hear the neighbours upstairs moving around which was a bit disturbing early in the morning.

The location was excellent, a short walk into the centre and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. the room was exceptionally clean and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The host was very efficient and answered all our questions online although we never met them. The house where the apartments are located is big and a bit confusing we really had to search for our room.

Ms.Ana, the lady managing the place was helpful and accommodating. Making our stay at Porto pleasant and enjoyable. The property location is central and accessible to all the places of interest and eateries. Recommended to stay there if you are visiting the lovely city of Porto.

once again the room facing the street is very noisy but the room facing back is very quiet. Also the check in time is limited hours. we were a little worried about being late since we had no control about our flight.

The room with balcony is facing a very busy street and is very very noisy. I think guests should be warned about this in case they are light sleeper like me. My other booking with this property does not face the street, so it is very quiet though a lot smaller but sufficient.
