Shower head could have been a bit better. Slightly stretching the definition of a sofa bed to include a sofa with a sheet on it.

Check-in was nice and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen appliances aplenty.

On arrival the floor and the bathtub weren't very clean, which was noticeable, at night and in the morning it was sometimes noisy outside.

Modern house with a kitchen (coffee maker, all necessary kitchen utensils, refrigerator, dishes), a hall with a dining table and TV, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. Very nice building with a pool outside. Very friendly and helpful staff, bright rooms. Super towels upgrade :) Everything you need is guaranteed, we had a good stay! :)

The location is the only small negative of this place - bit too far away to beach, good cafe, supermarket, it’s more conevient for those who have a car

great, spacious studio, well equipped kitchen, clean rooms, fast internet connection (you can easily connect to videoconference/watch Netflix), great outdoor area with pool & shower and friendly staff at very affordable price; this place surprised me positively and would come again!

The room was spacious but the stove and fridge were not properly cleaned. The pool needed cleaning. Nearby shops and shopping mall.

The top of the bidet tap came off in your hand when opening the tap. The click clack valve in the wash basin did not work and was permanently open. The A/C in the lounge was really weak (had a blue filter clean light permanently on). The A/C in the bedroom was a bit better but also very inefficient. The single bed was not very comfortable at all.

The lady in reception was very nice, friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen with good facilities. Huge veranda surrounding the apartment. Decent size swimming pool.Good location.

The studio apartment was perfect. Had everything we needed and the pool was a great way to keep cool. Short walk to the beach & bars. They were great if you needed a taxi or airport transfer.

The neighborhood is a bit bleak, mostly concrete. On cold nights (winter/spring) the single portable radiator struggles a bit. During summer this will most likely not be an issue.

Seemingly constant noise from renovation going on next door (which I realize was not their fault), having to ask for clothes hangers and kitchen towel- there were none in the apartment- closet door coming off the track and falling on my foot ( no injury).

I had tried 2 rooms but all are with broken balcony doors! And , I was checking out the timing about 9am on Saturday but found no staff at all in the reception!And I had waited for 25mins and still see no body in the reception!!!!That I did not know how to do! It is because I was in a hurry to go to flight and phoned the mobile written in the hotel card . I was in a hurry missed a piece of luggage inside the room and did not where to dput down but I told them would come back on Tuesday to give them key and get back my luggage in the hotel. BUT, the mobile contact written in the hotel card was vey not nice to tell me would charge me €56 for taking away the key!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Clean and quiet and with surveillance in all corridor,good!👍👍👍 But I found the rooms are with broken locks in the balcony door! I had changed a room for better balcony lock but still with a broken balcony door! The staff in the reception are very very nice and good!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

Location was super nice, everything around, in walking distance 25 min to beach, not rushing, shops, caffees, everything around, for price that we payed, really, really nice. Personal really friendly and we had a pool in the back of hotel.

Everything was good, the only thing I’ll mention is that, we asked for a double bed and only had two singles, obviously due to there being no double bed apartments available, but apart from that all 5*

It was a nice and tidy apartment, we didn’t stay indoors for too long but had everything you’ll need. Was a close enough drive to the beach and bars, after a certain time, parking is difficult.

Door entrance didn't have security as door left unlocked. Kitchen doesn't give eunogh conditions to cook a nice meal. There is no air condition, iron or toiletries available. Bath curtain was dirty and require replacement. The balcony was dirty floor

Nothing , it smelled of vomit , it wasn’t cleaned . I told them on my way out just in case the flat smells of vomit I only stayed one night as we needed a place to sleep next day went back to our lovely hotel .

Light is so low. The dishes where dirty and full of water. There is no bed, only sofa and no blankets.... I have always gone there but this made me realise to not go never again.

Great for the price. Booked a twin-dev apart. as it was the only available one when I did, but after a few days asked if there were any double bed aparts available and was moved to another, significantly bigger, at no extra expense with plenty more space overall (although the first one was quite ok as well, this one had 2 verandas). Kitchen is fine, equipped, bathroom/tube/shower, room, bed, all are fine, it's quiet, and not that far from the beach.

Only some smaller details, such as the pool already closing at 8pm and that an air conditioner would have been very useful during the nights. Since it has a kitchen, it would be nice if a sponge and some dish soape was already there to do the dishes. Although it's not the hotel's fault, I do think it's worth mentioning that a property nearby has a rooster, which wakes you up super early and sometimes during the night.

Apartment: Very nice place. We did pay for a T0, but the apartment we got was a T1, so that was a nice surprise. We had an apartment on the 11th floor with a great city view and a view to the water in the distance. The apartment had a big balcony. Everything was clean, calm and nice. Late check-in: We could only be there after 8 pm, which is the latest time for check-in. They have a system for guests to get the key from a little safety box with a password they provide you with once you're there. Great to have that option. Pool: The pool isn't big, but it's great to have the possibility to take a dip after a long day in the cliffs of Algarve. The city: Portimão is a great city. Very nice for tourism. Calm, nice vibe and with a beautiful beach. Boat trips and other activities are also available in the center of the city. WiFi: Very fast WiFi in the rooms. We were there for a weekend trip, but would have definitely loved to stay longer.
