Location was great in the old city, yet surprisingly quiet overnight. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. Staff responded quickly when we had a question about access.

The location was excellent, in a beautiful area near the castle, and a lovely view point high up in the city. The room had good temperature control, wasn't too loud for where it was located, and was very clean. Comfy bed, good size room, and the owners were very helpful & accommodated us leaving our bags in the room after we checked out for a few hours.

The outside building door did not lock. We never felt unsafe but with bag storage being right by the door I would’ve hoped it was locked. The only thing i would recommend against this property is the location. The castle is at the highest point in the city and Ubers/bolt cannot drop right at the door. You will have to rely on taxi or do a small hike to get to your room every night.

You could hear other residents in the building very clearly .Especially walking up the slightly creaky stairs .This was not a big problem just the only negative thing we could find

We did not like that the front door did not lock because we did not like the idea of leaving our luggage under the stairs when we checked out and anyone could come in without a door code. Luckily the woman who was doing the cleaning let us leave our bags in the apartment until our transfer came to pick us up. Very kind.

The location was perfect to be in the Castelo area and easy to walk down to the main square in LIsbon. Good places to eat in the vicinity and a Pingo Doce nearby where we could buy food for breakfast. Sara who was on site was always helpful and friendly.

2nd floor ( 3rd in the American way of counting) was a bit of a challenge but not really a problem even for these older folks. The view from the bedroom was worth it!

The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped for two people. Located close to Castle St Gorge, on a quaint narrow street. With restaurants and gift shops right near by. The neighbourhood is busy during the day due to the attraction of the beautiful castle grounds but very quiet at night. Modern windows and air conditioning kept out any street noise.

Nothing the property is perfect. The location is perfect for the castle but be warned it’s hilly (my fault for not researching enough) so we did find that the only downside for us.

Spacious apartment with great added touches such as milk, water and tea left for us. There was a bowl of cereal for us as well. We didn’t actually use any of these (our choice) as we were keen to explore and eat outside.

Location was amazing. It would be a bit hard to reach by public transit if you have big suitcases, but if not, the walk to the apartment wasn’t too bad. My mom and I loved the location, it’s less than 1min away from Castelo de S Jorge and about 15-20mins from the centre. We felt safe even walking at night. The place was nice and cozy. The few snacks and jams provided were a nice, little touch! The Chutney fig jam was really good! Nádia was very helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The apartment was just right,comfortable with everything we needed. The location near to the castle excellent for us as we enjoyed the area despite some steep paths . Being close to the locally tourist point was very helpful for getting our Lisboa Card which we could use on all transport and with free entry to the Castle and other main attractions. Thank you.

I should have stayed longer and enjoy beautiful Lisbon for 3 to 4 days and not only 1 night

Excellent location. Very nice and clean apartment with top equipment. Host was extremely friendly, helpful and very fast responsive. I can highly recommend this place. The view to the ocean was amazing. Directly beside are good restaurants and bars. Despite the fact that it is in a busy beautiful tourist destination, it's quiet and peaceful. Will definitely go again and stay more than 1 night.

One of the biggest advantages is that you’re in the castle walls! We loved that, but almost Everything was downhill…which meant coming back up at the end of the day when you’re tired. Also, be prepared to know which taxis and vehicles can access the streets located in the castle! Not all can. But the staff can fill you in on those details.

It was so fresh and clean and bright! The ac worked quite well. We LOVED the view! And the staff were so pleasant and easy to work with. The location inside the castle was great!

Lovely clean apartment in a wonderful, medieval feeling area....a real neighborhood atmosphere. The sense of elevation on the hill is quite nice, and the (limited) view of the river added to this. The Castle sao Jorge peacocks are disturbing with their cries, but settle down at dark. One also becomes used to them. Plus some street noise, which also subsides with nightfall. My only gripe was the lack of a balcony, but hey, you can't have it all!
