No elevator to the 3rd floor I would expect to have coffee/tea at least for the first day.

We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. The air conditioner was only in the living room, so the bedroom was not was not cool enough. This is more of a personal comfort issue since we come from a cold country, and we stayed during 30°C+ weather. It seems common for Portuguese to use minimal air conditioning

Easy check-in. Staff are always available to help. Very clean. Housekeeping done daily. Always came back to freshly made beds. Quiet. Good facilities. Very safe.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and professional. The woman who was at the front desk throughout our stay was not friendly and didn’t seem to enjoy her job.

It was a bit noisy, but given the area I wasn't surprised. I would have really appreciated some instructions on the washing machine (granted, I also didn't ask for help on that-- I'm sure the front desk would have helped had I asked).

The code-based entry made checking in super fast and easy. The room was clean, more spacious than expected, and had all the amenities I needed. It was super close to shops, restaurants, and transit.

The second time of our stay, we found a can of dog food and plastic containers in a kitchen cupboard. The cleaner might be in a hurry to prepare room for us because we requested early check-in.

The apartment is located on a quiet street, yet in the center of all actions. Most of every attraction can be reached by foot. Easy to pull a car in front of the apartment to load or unload the luggage. A few minutes walk to Rossio train station for Sintra. There are many good mom n pop's restaurants on the same street. The room is clean and spacious with comfy beds. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. However, we had to leave the water run for a little while to get hot water, which is no big deal for us. Check-in was seamless. We received messages from the hotel a couple of days before arrival, with access codes to the apartment and luggage storage. We arrived before check-in time and access to the louge area on the basement to get some snooz on a fomfy couch after a long flight. Staff were responsive and proactive. We left our suitecases in the luggage storage before departing to Sintra and returned to stay with them again. I would definitely stay here again if I get a chance to revisit Lisbon

Had to climb down metal stairs to get to bedroom that was a level lower- and there was no privacy door to bedroom. Was an issue at are more mature age, esp with night time restroom trips. Couch pillows smelled of BO.

Terrific location a short block to where all the tours left from, good coffee shops and metro” nearby, yet not on a noisy Main Street. Big rooms with updated appliances in full kitchen. And huge bedroom with comfortable king bed. Cleaned daily. Facilities for exercise and lounge room in basement. Very pleasant and helpful staff

Soundproof is a bit weak. You may hear other guests speaking if they are loud.

Location is perfect, easy to access to everywhere. They can change towels every day if necessary. At the shared space you can buy coffee capsules, cola and other drinks. There are detergents for using a washer.

I can't think of a single thing.

Clean apartment with new appliances. Bed was very comfortable. Front reception was very helpful. Common area downstairs had storage for baggage and refreshments on an honor system with a very reasonable price.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the shower didn’t have a protection to not spill water everywhere, we were 5 with 1 bathroom, in the last one the bathroom was soaked 😰

A well designed comfortable apartment in a great location with everything on hand a traveller needs. Our room”R” was very quiet & parking garage part of the hotel makes it very easy. Also easy access off main routes. It is convenient to walk most places from here. We walked to beginning of 28 tram & got on. Apartments are cleaned daily which I liked. Washing machine much appreciated! Would highly recommend .

We were in apt A on ground floor at back. Every staff we met during our 5night stay was friendly and helpful, always smiling and responsive. Love the Clean, spacious, quiet apartment with all necessary kitchenware and even coffee machine and microwave. Close to tourist streets yet away in a side lane. Uber/ Taxi right to doorstep. Funicular is just round corner. Walking to Rossi square and shopping along Liberdade etc is so convenient. Train station to Sintra is only about 10mins walk away. Definitely stay here again when I visit Lisbon

For me it fitted perfectly with our 5 night stay so different to fault. One thing was on the top floor (level 3) there was no lift access - it only welt to level 2. Not a major problem for our group.

Fabulous apartment style room that pretty much had everything. Roomy main room with beds and living/dining, separate well appointed kitchen including additional small table and chairs, washing machine/clothes dryer, iron and board, dishwasher and oven. Flexible bed configuration available. Wash and dry clothes over night as in separate room. Handy single cord clothes line over bath if required. Huge separate bathroom with shower over bath. Great location to be based at, only a few steps to the famous old cable car and entertainment close by. Additional games room/library/lounge/socialising area also available to all guests on basement floor. Check out Betty’s Plano Bar a few paces away!! Great fun.
