Everything was exceptional: nice room, great view from the balcony, gigantic delicious breakfast provided every day, nice pool, attentive and friendly hosts going the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great stay. Nice quiet location from which to visit Lagos, Silves, Benagil etc... by car.

Very nice hosts, great variety of breakfast, fresh and prepared with love. Luis is always helpful and making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. Nice pool area with an honesty bar, chairs and umbrellas. The house is beautiful with a lot of design and areas to hang out. We had a room with a breathtaking view over the ocean and Portimao. The beach is only a short walk from the location. We really recommend this bed and breakfast :)!

The hosts Isabelle and Louis are very friendly and helpful and made the stay extraordinary pleasant. Breakfast and cake in the afternoon were excellent. The location is good for a walk to the beach and Ferragudo. The apartment was well equipped and the pool was nice. Parking lots are available on the property.

Everyday a home made, healthy and delicious breakfast. Also fruits, coffee and homemade cake are available the whole day. The owners are very friendly, give tips and are very kind! Very clean, well located and great house. We can highly recommand to book Parking space at the location

The location you'll either love or hate, it depends on your reasons for staying. We'd planned on a few days relaxation around the pool but the weather wasn't playing so without a car we were a little isolated

The house is very beautifull and clean, the location is perfect, close to the centre with an amazing view! Everyday a great breakfast will be prepared which you can enjoy while watching over the sea. Isabella and Luis, the owners, are wonderful people and great hosts, you immediatly feel welcome in their home. And Verena is providing great service as well all day long! Go for it!!!

this november, the weather brought some cold winds at night, but beautiful blue skies during the day.

For this coctail experience, take a perfect location- a little quiet outside of the main village - but in a 10 minute walking distance and scenically overlooking beautiful Praia Grande and the nice unspoiled Ferragudo. Add an always caring and friendly host who offers his private home to all of his guests and gives insider tips for both riverbanks of Ria Arade. Then add the breakfast, cake and charming italian room service of Verena, stirr well and you get a perfect holiday. Many thanks to Luis and his wife (whom we didnt meet this time, but well be back next year).

It was all great.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic! The hosts are wonderful people who make you feel right at home in their luxurious Villa, which has several nicely appointed rooms with balconies. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious with a lot of variety, including meat and cheese, breads, freshly baked pastries, yogurt, fruit, fresh-squeezed OJ, eggs cooked to order, coffee, tea, etc. The beautiful panoramic view from the decks was even better in the evening with striking sunsets. The Algarve has been overly developed, but somehow this property maintains a sense of privacy and seclusion. It’s a good base to explore the area, take a golfing vacation, or just relax on your balcony or by the pool. It is best to have a car, but one of the other guests managed to get around with Ubers. Highly recommended.

Very well kept, beautiful facilities, fantastic view. The hosts treat you so well, kind of like how your parents treated you when home on break from university....before they realized you would be moving back into the basement after graduation. Can't recommend this place highly enough, only worry that all the positive reviews will make it harder to book in the future.

I could not find any. Our GPS pointed to the wrong place first time, although it was close to the villa, the owner of the 'wrong' villa opened the gates, we had nice chat and he explained that we just missed a turn, but that was interesting too. People in there are very nice. Sometimes you can spot mosquitos tonight, so Isabel recommended to sleep with closed curtains if it happens. We spend a lot of time on the balcony and did not have mosquitoes, but kids in the next suite mentioned that they had few.

We booked 2 suits, large for us and smaller for my son and his wife, all together it was the whole second floor. Bedrooms in both suits have ceiling to floor windows with stunning ocean view. Smaller suit had huge balcony almost around the house. Our suit has hall with 2 large closets, large bathroom, 2 restrooms with bidets, big shower and bathtub. Room is big and has desk with chair, coffee table with 2 soft chairs, TV and fireplace. Every day we watched sunset and it was mesmerizing. First floor has spacious living room with soft music, a lot of books and albums and desk with fresh fruits and pastries and coffee machine, which you can use it anytime. They have also swimming pool and bicycles, which we didn't try. Every morning we had breakfast on a glass sealed terrace which has 4 tables. Breakfast was a bit different every day, includes home made pies, plain and chocolate, croissants, variety of local cheeses, meats, fresh orange juice, yogurts, pineapple, watermelon, kiwi, apple, grapes, etc. You might have omelet, fried eggs, poached eggs, french toast with avocado and salmon. Tea, espresso, cappuccino is available all day. They made beds and fixed towels, cleaned rooms every day. The staying exceeded any expectations, Isabel (host) made more than a warm home, we simply forgot about time. She speaks different languages, during our stay we saw guests from France, Germany, Netherlands, USA, Eastern Europe, different ages, and it seems everybody was very pleased. I would not say 'high end' vacation... it was more than that, we would stay there often. Location is convenient, we walked to the nearby beach, to the other part of the town to restaurants and old center, drove to other towns and beaches every day.
