As the apartment was in the basement, it was slightly affected by the recent rains - a bit musty - but we were able to turn on the heat to dry it out a bit.

Lovely host who was more than willing to help with anything, fantastic neighborhood with the flea market and great restaurants, and a comfortable little apartment!

The property had everything you needed. It’s situated in a very safe area, we walked everywhere from the apartment. There are some lovely coffee bar’s surrounding the apartment. The Flea Market was on, on the Tuesday and Saturday which was lovely to walk round. The host has thought of everything, making everything stress free. The details for finding the apartment. And all sight sightings trips are provided. It’s very rare to have all of this to be fair.

i rhink this apartment is more than 10. the apartment is really clean, and Maria is really nice. She picked us up from the first hotel we checked out in Liabon. Also, there is salt, soya sauce and paper for cooking. not to mention a prorto wine to drink.

Maria is the most amazing and thoughtful host and her super clean flat is perfect for any stay in Lisbon. Maria has thought of everything, and her flat is fully equipped with all the conveniences that will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable as possible (heat pump, washing machine, full kitchen). The shower is amazing also!! If you’re working remotely, Maria’s internet was working at a super fast speed of 100Mbps, which was great for me. The flat is located within walking distance to everything in the Old Town, and has free parking right outside. It was so easy and we never had trouble finding parks! Of this flat is available, definitely book it, it ticks all the boxes!!

The location is not very practical for public transportation. Even though it is 10 min walk from Santa Apolónia Station and from Largo da Graça (for buses and tram), it is a very hilly part of hilly Lisbon. We love to walk, so it added to our Lisbon experience, but we had to rely on taxis when carrying luggage.

Maria is a model host - helpful from reservation day until the moment of our departure, with information, little meaningful details (like the welcome Port wine bottle). The apartment reflects Maria’s attitude: a nice selection of kitchenware, common seasonings, sugar, instant coffee, high quality towels and so on.

Maria was the most gracious and helpful host. She offered to pick me from the airport and show me around the neighborhood before handing me the keys and a very smooth check-in. There were basic essentials like coffee, sugar salt pepper and bottle of a lovely port wine. Apartment had most requirements in arrival. I will definitely recommend and go back to this place. Dark, a bit noisy in the evening.

Has everything if a little worn-down. Nice park directly in front of the apartment with a view on the tage and a little cafe. Proximity to Alfama and San Appolonia station.

10 am checkout is a tad early though I understand that there were other guests arriving on the same day. A few mosquitoes in the room, though it is summer and wasn't a major issue. Everything else was perfect!

The host was very kind and accommodating when I told her I would be arriving after 6 pm. The location of the flat is perfect. The park literally opposite the flat. Bag storage after checkout. Hot water and great water pressure.

Unfortunately, my partner and I were not very comfortable in this apartment. There was a strong musty smell, it was difficult to stay inside for long periods, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings. It was good that the host took care of this and left several anti-mosquito respirators. We had to use them every night. Also, it was uncomfortable to use the advertised kitchen. It was practically non-existent. We couldn't cook at home, but there were many nice establishments nearby. The room was not the most comfortable and dark. I believe that the price for this apartment is slightly inflated compared to its quality.

The host of this apartment is a very friendly and pleasant woman. She and the location with a wonderful park right outside the apartment door left the best impressions of the apartment. It was great that there was a cozy outdoor café with Wi-Fi and a wonderful view in the park because we wanted to work on the computer more outside than inside the apartment.

Room was dark, air condition was not clean. Strong stale air with old furniture smell. Bathroom didn't have vent nor window and shower was leaky.

Location was great. Maria was an awesome host. Park nearby is nice. Close to city center.

Owner is nervous, room smells terrible, walls are thin and noisy from footsteps upstairs, several mosquitoes in room disturbed my sleep until morning. You are a hotel owner and service provider. Your abuse of us is an important issue. The mosquito bites were itchy throughout the trip and caused discomfort for a week.

They responded to my request for a refund.
