The breakfast: multiple items in the buffet felt low quality, overcooked or excessively sugary (shakshuka felt way overdone, some peas and mushroom dish felt like it was from frozen veggies and also overcooked, coffee was just ok). So it's not ideal for someone looking for a healthy breakfast. We were both disappointed. It also felt that at the Arabic restaurant, they didn't have enough staff for the rush because we sat down with one napkin and didn't get served water until like after 15 minutes after sitting down, but the staff themselves, although seemingly overworked, were gracious and accommodating.

The facilities are excellent for families. It's great for people living in Doha with babies, for example, because it's a quick getaway. I especially liked our duty manager Taufiq and one of the waitresses at the American diner named Chit Su who were both very gracious. The room was good although if you're sensitive to light, come with a sleeping mask because it doesn't go fully dark. Dinner at the Arabic restaurant was very tasty.

No entertainment. Would not recommend anyone to stay more then 2 days. Would get boring. After 7 o clock it's sleeping time. I am on holiday need the island to be more entertaining.

Limited boat shuttle schedule No proper information about boat shuttles and the need for prior booking, u end up feeling imprisoned I called the resort before booking and they said they can provide a boat if we need outside the schedule but when we requested for that they started giving all the excused about the difficulty of doing that Staff are not able to understand what is “time” buttler is always late when we request for golf car, and he argues about it Naham restaurant reception lady is not welcoming and we had to wait for 30 mins for one nice waiter to come and take our orders

The gym was too small and didn't have much equipment. It was easy to get lost when walking around the resort.

All palm trees need to be cleaned. Their current appearance is not beautiful. Also, the barriers covering the sea must be removed, as it prevents its viewing, whether in the villa or the restaurant.
