I didn’t like the smell of cushions wasn’t clean. The breaksfast super simple and I asked them to postpone the croissant and she told me still one. And they took long time to postpone the breads, I eat American breakfast for me went hard cause this day there not even cheese i couldn’t toast bread. Wasnt clean the machine for toast bread and it’s was not dirty cause people used before me but she shows like if the it’s not getting clean from long. The pool to much crowded and is not hide, directly front at the restaurant people eat watching you and how is so close they can see all your moviments. I didn’t have courage to enjoy the pool cause i heard people talking about the swimsuits and the people in general who were in the pool. I felt uncomfortable. They should do something so that people in the restaurant don't sit down to watch only those who are in the pool.

The bed is super comfortable. The reception super kindly.

The reception staff named: Niketh & Rosnel were very very rude to us and to another family at checkout. They spoiled our trip ending in this beautiful place. The porter named Ronel was helpful and always smiling offering his assistance all time god bless him.

There wasn't much to quibble about as the hotel offered great value for the price (I'd rate it a 4-star). One thing I would have liked was a vending machine within the hotel for quick snacks, however, there is a 24/7 mini-convenience store just outside the hotel entrance (though it is a bit hard to find without actually knowing it is there - could do with better signposting!). The other thing to note is that the swimming pool both isn't that large and is on the ground-floor, surrounded by the hotel, which means it does not get much sun - I had chosen this hotel largely on the pool as I was planning to spend a couple of days lounging, so had to change my plans and did not end up using the pool in the end.

I arrived circa 10AM, straight from an overnight flight, and was able to check into my room within an hour or so, well before the usual check-in time. Taxi from the airport cost circa 50 QAR (though the ride back was less than 20 QAR, so they do rip you off from the airport!). Staff are very good and do their best to help. Luggage assistance was provided to my room. You can easily book a taxi or trip from the concierge service. The room was large and gave a good view of Doha. The hotel was quiet, with no noise from adjacent rooms. I used the Japanese/Chinese restaurant on site (D'Chopstix) served good, reasonably priced food (the Japanese food was very good value) and I ate at the restaurant twice. The Lagenda restaurant also served good food and I ate dinner there, along with breakfast (good options for breakfast). Though the Lagenda is labelled as having Malaysian food, I found it to be basic on that front and would recommend D'Chopstix, instead. There is a cheap Filipono food place just outside, too, which serves good fare. There are further food options within easy distance (incl. Nando's), however I was happy with the onsite restaurants. There is a fitness centre and pool on-site, however, I used neither. There is a very nice park just across the road, Al Muntazah Park, which is great for walking or exercising (there is a rubberised running track around it). There are also a lot of food stands where you can grab cheap food and drinks (e.g. 9 QAR for a decent chapati). The Al Mansoura metro station is a 1700m walk from the hotel and easy to get to for easy travel via the metro. However, if you are planning on using this a lot, you may want accommodation much closer to a metro station. All-in-all, I found this hotel a good option with a superb room for the price. You might want to stay a bit closer to the main city area if strictly a tourist, however, this is a great option a little further away.

Some of the staff doesn't know how to deal with the customer. We booked to refresh and unwind, don't overthink that everyone is always bringing trouble. In order to handle this kind of situation, kindly advise/ inform the criteria/requirements before the booking made.

We prepare our own breakfast as they have a complete facility at the apartment. Perfect location and can easily reachable.

The breakfast is very poor, not for the needs of citizens from Europe.

There is an exchange office not far from the hotel. The staff helps to call a taxi. The chinese restaurant at the hotel is perfect. They offer 2 bottles of water everyday.

They need more elevators. Check out took for ever! they collect cash money at check-in and by the time they contact the staff in the floor to check on the room and have the cash ready, it's taking unnecessary time! not sure why they don't hold money on the credit card like other hotels.

Hotel is clean and free parking. The check-in was easy and quick, we asked for early check-in and we got it, that was great! The breakfast was fair for a four stars hotel, the variety of food is good however they need more charcuterie and the pastries need to be more fresh, the pan cakes are just a dough not tasty, but overall it was nice to have a buffet breakfast before the day starts
