The breakfast I eat very little because most of the breakfast is Arabic food and some of the food is cold like sausage and hash brown also and the egg you need to wait for the chief to cook it for me.so i decided to eat cereal and 1 bread but even the bread is to dry atleast put something like soft next time.and the swimming pool area is to slippery and it's very cold on the big swimming pool i mean the adult swimming pool so i decided not to swim.but the rest like the sea view room is perfect even the room is a little bit small but its fine and its clean.i hope next time we can check in on time because we wait in the lobby 1hour to check in .our time for check in is 2pm but we wait till 3pm on the lobby for the room to finish preparing. But its fine i understand hope next time they prepare it on time

What I don't like is not possible to avoid in a 5-star hotel.

I liked everything since I arrived at the hotel reception and all the staff in housekeeping and the restaurant... Breakfast is nice and has a variety of different types of food and drink. the depth of the pool, i can’t enjoy swimming. reasonable depth 4.5-5 feet (asian heights) and also the sauna and steam they should make it ready as possible for the guests not to waste their time. overall everything was fine.

the view, the location, the staff were friendly, the room is very convenient for the guests bringing food since it has a lavatory and the food was reasonable for the price

The gym is small somehow, I really wish to revisit when the gym is upgraded. Some machine can do more professional exercises for all trainees. Coffee machine was not working we had to change it twice, before a good one was provided.

I like the decoration of the hotel, rooms, beds. also, I like the Kitchen option provided. The hotel in general is clean and calm. It is near to almost every tourist spot which is very good in terms of value for money.

Breakfast was very limited and same things both days. Rooms are ok but needs to be upgraded. Facilities need to be updated as my Son got a cut in the pool due to some broken tiles.

Rooms are good but we requested for a connecting room and did not get it. Location is good as close to souq waqif and other hotels and main corniche road. Breakfast is basic. Ok for a short stay.

Staff specially the receptionists were so non-cooperative especially at the time of check out coincide with Friday (Jumma) prayers. They should consider and pay respect to Muslims who stay at hotel rooms along with their families. However, at the time of breakfast, it was not managed very well.

AC was working very good. Ambiance was quite impressive. Hotel room view had been a good experience at all.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. I took the hotel with bathroom for a reason, but was very upset with only cold water. There was no plugs near the bed, also the plug that I found didn’t work well… so I woke up in the morning and noticed that my phone was not charged…

Breakfast could be a bit better with more choices on offer and food should be labeled as not everyone knows. I have to ask myself.

We were upgraded to a suite which was good to start with. The location was central near tourist attractions and the staff were all polite and happy to help.

The room smelt of smoke so they should have non smoking rooms set apart. The surroundings were a bit like a building site, so when walking there were no footpaths, just a path beside the buildings.

The reception were very obliging and gave me a wonderful room and early access as I had just come off a cruise ship. The pool was great too.
