The gym is small somehow, I really wish to revisit when the gym is upgraded. Some machine can do more professional exercises for all trainees. Coffee machine was not working we had to change it twice, before a good one was provided.

I like the decoration of the hotel, rooms, beds. also, I like the Kitchen option provided. The hotel in general is clean and calm. It is near to almost every tourist spot which is very good in terms of value for money.

Breakfast was very limited and same things both days. Rooms are ok but needs to be upgraded. Facilities need to be updated as my Son got a cut in the pool due to some broken tiles.

Rooms are good but we requested for a connecting room and did not get it. Location is good as close to souq waqif and other hotels and main corniche road. Breakfast is basic. Ok for a short stay.

The bathroom needs updated and advertised as one of the newest hotels in Doha and this isn’t correct

Staff specially the receptionists were so non-cooperative especially at the time of check out coincide with Friday (Jumma) prayers. They should consider and pay respect to Muslims who stay at hotel rooms along with their families. However, at the time of breakfast, it was not managed very well.

AC was working very good. Ambiance was quite impressive. Hotel room view had been a good experience at all.

I asked for laundry service which they charge me a high amount as I was their for one day only . I paid the same for laundry as one day room rent

There was no hot water in the bathroom. I took the hotel with bathroom for a reason, but was very upset with only cold water. There was no plugs near the bed, also the plug that I found didn’t work well… so I woke up in the morning and noticed that my phone was not charged…

Breakfast could be a bit better with more choices on offer and food should be labeled as not everyone knows. I have to ask myself.

We were upgraded to a suite which was good to start with. The location was central near tourist attractions and the staff were all polite and happy to help.

The break fast was cold and fried egg and sausage could have been better. Also waiter need to restock the tables and food timely and be available while customers are eating.

The room smelt of smoke so they should have non smoking rooms set apart. The surroundings were a bit like a building site, so when walking there were no footpaths, just a path beside the buildings.

The reception were very obliging and gave me a wonderful room and early access as I had just come off a cruise ship. The pool was great too.

Most windows where filthy, mould in the bathroom, dirt on the floor in the corners of the room, the bench in front of coffee and tea in room was dirty and sticky. At breakfast there was no fresh coffee, the salt and pepper shakers on the table where dirty.

I liked the friendly staff and the view was good.

Unnecessary kitchen facilities in room I dislike the design of the room with kitchen That has no purpose at all in room I recommend to be removed completely Car park full most of times Wet bathroom floor after each shower But I guess it is clean and tidy

The location was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a reasonable choice of items. The fitness centre was well equipped.
