Excellent breakfast, sweet and savory. Great coffee. Staff is helpful, speak great excellent English. Parking was big and free, food nice, SPA is great with various saunas, salt room and thermal pool. Aqua park is great, clean, worm and great fun for the whole family.

More multilingual signs in the spa and aquapark would be nice (almost everything is in Romanian).

Hotel is new and very nice, connected with the aquapark and spa (you can go from your room to the aquapark in your bathrobe - which is free and available in the room). Great breakfast. Spacious and very clean room. Some tea, coffee and even hot chocolate in the room. Very good WiFi across whole complex.

Breakfast was nothing special. Location is not great as there is not much around, also it is close to train tracks so if you have light sleep it may bother you. There were no options for lunch/dinner for hotel guests. Though i noticed hotel responses that it had plans to open restoran for the dinner, not sure if they changed it or not. Launch option exist at the pools, but there is a lot of space for improvement, from quality to the fact that there are not many options and often you have to wait for things to get prepared.

New facilities. Pools and slides are good for and clean. Staff is friendly. It is great that it has enough parking space. All in all, it is a nice place. Would come back.

Lack of restaurant, caffe or bar. There is only one place something like canteen, with poor choice of food and drinks, and one small bat outside. It's problem when you are staying in hotel, since there is only offer with breakfast, so you need to find place for lunch and dinner. For one day, it's fine, but for more days, you need to go to city centre or order some food. If this place have some restaurant it will be perfect

Really great place for kids. Spa is spacious for adults only. Everything is very clean, and staff is kind. Room is really big.

Hotel and aqua park are located in front of the Huge trash heap. The restoran and the room look at that Trash heap. The area is remote and there is nothing in it. It is impossible to go out for a walk or eat.

Pools were super warm and suitable for children. Everything was super exсept location. Breakfast was well enough. We like hotel.

The view from the room is not nice. It is far from the city center. There is no half board or restaurant in the hotel, except at the swimming pools.

The rooms are comfortable, large. Breakfast is good. The staff is friendly. Very clean. The pools and saunas are excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We went with friends family, and we had great time staying here and using aqua park facilities which are really close to apartments. Rooms were big, toilets as well. Everything is clean and new. I will definitely come here again.

It would be very nice if the accommodation offer was supplemented with the possibility of dinner. It would also be nice if there were bathrobes for children in the room.

A very nice experience. The rooms are clean, new, well equipped, the staff is very friendly, especially the lady at the reception. The only thing I would suggest is that if there is ever an opportunity to upgrade the rooms, to furnish rooms for four people. All in all, a 10 from us 😊
