It would be nice to have more than one spare pillow, but otherwise I have no complaints!

Excellent location in the heart of the city, very well-maintained apartment with all amenities needed for the stay and fantastic communication from the apartment staff for anything we needed help with during the trip.

Two of the pots were very scratched, to the point they can't be used safely anymore. The elevator is a bit worrying and can be problematic for people with claustrophobia

The location is great, and the host is very helpful and responsive. The apartment was well-equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. The little balcony is really nice

I didn't have breakfast. There were tea bags and sugar. I cooked for myself.

Heating system in the room could be improved (we visited Bucharest during winter time and the temperature in the room was very high, despite having the window constantly open. We couldn't do anything to turn the heat off..). The hot water also took too long to come (we waited 10 minutes each time). Ok, there is not much someone can do about it (I guess it's the old plumbing system), but at least the visitors should know this in advance. Some things in the bathroom could easily change to improve the image (and the sense of cleanliness, i.e. the rusty radiator or the sower faucet). Overall, though, the experience was nice and the price was very fair.

I booked from 17.08.23 to 25.08.2023, but agreed with operator that maybe I leave early. Finally I leave 22.08.23 but owner not retern money for the 23,24. That's why so negative marks. I never book that apartment again and I don't recommend it.

The shower head needs replacing as water squirts out at different angles and can get the bathroom wet. However, it’s still perfectly useable and was not a major issue at all!!

We were in apartment 62 and it was great. It was exactly what we needed and you can’t really fault it for the price. The bed was comfortable and the rugs were nice and soft, and the balcony was quite pretty. Kitchen was clean and well equipped with everything including a hob and oven, which was nice even though we didn’t personally use it. I am so glad we found this place, as now we know where to go every time we come to Bucharest.

Contact with host was initiated by us each time (not pro-active) although in fairness we had no internet connection at beginning until we'd entered apartment (shop owner downstairs phoned host for us, to let us in). In the apartment there were no breakfast things left for us, even though Booking description says there would be (host rejects this). Couldn't find machine soap, only 1 mirror (in bathroom), shower head broken. When asked, she said not to drink the tap water.

Good location close to many interesting places in central Bucharest, just within walking distance to station (20-25 minutes) train tickets to airport cost about 1€, also near 783 or 178 bus route (if you can find where to buy tickets). Comfortable clean apartment, little balcony with good street view, adequate bathroom, millions of hangers, super comfy bed. Light and airy. Little shop downstairs with friendly owner. Lots of other little shops and eateries nearby

Not massive issues but feedback for management. Had to use the shower cap manually as no stand for it and nowhere to hang it, is unpractical to have baths only every day. The washing mashing is old with long programmes and extremely noisy. Toilet paper is from 1900s grey and looking depressing in the bathroom. Had to buy separate one.

The location was great and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you possibly need ( stayed for 7 nights). The staff was professional and helpful. The communication was great and easy to check in. I will definitely use it again.
