A perfect combination between old and new architecture, a lot of attention given to the smallest detail. The room was big, with a lot of light and a great view to the inner yard. The big tube was a great detail. The common areas have beautiful decorations. I loved the modern fireplace, and the paintings with the reconstructed Romanian blouses in the breakfast area, and also the restored terracotta stove and ceiling in the restaurant. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was outstanding. Definitely, only by itself worth a visit. Hard to say what was our favourite dish: the beetroot salad, the beef cheecks cooked for 6 hours in beer, the wild bour stew or the "papanasi'. :) The place is great for a week-end get a way with friends, a romantic week-end or one to recharge and to enjoy delicious comfort food. It can also accommodate a small teambuilding.

Minor things, like the electric candles in the bedroom were without batteries.

The loft with the small balconies - converted from the loft windows. Beautiful view of the sunset. We also loved the copper designer bathtub. The breakfast room was uniquely designed and very cozy. OVerall, you can tell that the owner, Bogdan, has gone out of his way to make this place special.

The accomodation has maximum stars but restaurant it is not at that level. The menu wasn’t to impress(also vegetarian options) neither the cooking or plating. Expensive wines and from the romanian list were missing almost all red wines, in the end we got one “off the list” so couldn’t verify the price took it for granted.

the food we had for dinner we didn’t like. But I have to add that it was served very festive in a great location , service was superb, so is the atmosphere. I have traveled with my kids and the menu didn’t fit their taste.

It would have been nice to have some sort of a small table or a desk like facility to put our stuff on it. We had a long stay so we had a lot of luggage which we couldn’t put anywhere. Also the shower didn’t have a high stand which made it difficult to wash oneself having to hold it with one hand. I get it might have been a designer choice but it’s not very practical.

The place is truly boutique. Great design and it’s really comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was top notch.

An amazing experience at Das Fort Boutique. The complex is a great concept of refurbished old houses, modernized and tastefully decorated. The food was great, we can definitely recommend the tasting menu at the restaurant, it is exquisite. A very memorable stay in Rasnov that we definitely can recommend.

Very nice location, close to the center. Wonderful design of the rooms and common spaces, with great attention to details. But, above all, the persons that make your experience to be grate. Differentiator: fine dinning, outstanding one and even a high class sommelier.
