Owner actually had a problem with this property day before I arrived. There was good communication and alternative property offered. Problems happen, it's how there sorted that's important . This was done.

The staff were rude and the bed was very uncomfortable. I never complain about either of these. While staying a man tried to get into the apartment by shaking the door and then proceeded to smoke outside on the apartment chairs and have phone calls. He came back a few times to smoke and have calls. I contacted the air bnb and they said it was most likely someone who got lost. After he came back again and again, I just wanted to double check. I got "sir we have already told you" along with a lot more attitude. That was the only communication we had and it was rude The bed has sinks in to two large divets. It seems to be supported by some wood below, but it was uncomfortable

The kitchen lacked some necessities. Other than the lack of sugar to have with coffee, there was also no bottle opener or corkscrew and no chopping board. The coffee also left some to be desired, but we could buy right outside as it was so central. The door at the front entrance could use some oil. It was a bit unclear on signage and heavy to open.

Central location in a safe building. Stunning design and spacious apartment. The building had good ventilation and nice lighting, pretty furnishing and some supplies. Plenty of towels, sheets, pillows and soap.

The bedroom bed was bent in the middle and was inconfortable sleeping in it. The humidity was quite high; there is a dehumidifier that makes it quite ok.

Drain smell in the shower room. It is difficult to keep such an old building free from damp though so maybe just an extra bit of vigilance needed. We might have needed heating on for longer if we had stayed in more. It was set on a timer but weather outside was quite cold too.

Location great and easy parking nearby next to park. Lots of eating places nearby. Plenty of space in the apartment for 2 people. Large bed and settee. A visitor or guide book and maps in the apartment might be good for other visitors to look at.

as soon as we entered the place we got hit by a weird smell (got used to it) the drain from the bathroom was all clogged up; we could’ve had a swim in there :)

Slight drainage issue in the shower and there was a strange smell at times from the drains. However, should I return, I am confident that bringing a well scented candle will help.

The location was right in the centre of the old city, within walking distance to the Black Church. The apartment was spacious and well presented. I loved the gothic style design.

The soap and shower gel/shampoo were obviously poured from a random no lable bottle under the sink which was a bit questionable since I visited with a child. I didn't expect top quality but I expected better than that. There is also some water infiltration in the walls and ceiling and there was a dehumidifier in the room I presume to try and keep the humidity under control. You are expected to rake your rubbish out and wash the dishes which was ok but not brilliant. All in all we stayed one night and it was livable. I wouldn't go back just because I travel with a toddler and managing that plus chores after I paid is a bit too much for me.

Parking difficult to find in the area, barely found one spot far away, with small kids was inconvenient,but we were aware from the start, that parking will not be available, being in the city center, we give 9 just for this.

Clean and spacious rooms, in the city center. Great host. The place was nice and clean, we recomand it, the bed it.s big and there is also a sofa, we only used the bed, no need to pull the sofa:) and the soap smells sooo good:)

We arrived a bit earlier and we called the host - he was very friendly and wanted to help us, we just wanted to leave our lugages till the room was ready, he said sure. He gave us the number of someone else from the location that wasn't that nice..actually he said he'll call us back in a few moments and called us after 2 hours :|

The pungent smell of damp and mould hits you as soon as you open the door, you can smell it in the kitchen, bathroom and the living room.

The overall temperature of the rooms is quite cool. Of course it can be heated, but the bedroom heats up really slowly. I would suggest to pre-heat the apartment before arrival. (Talking about winter time.)

The location of the apartment is great. It is inside the old city center, in the close approximation of the city' s historical heritages like the black church and the Maison du Conseil. Many great restaurants are also in the neighbourhood. I would like to emphasize a surprising but essential architectural detail of the appartment' s rooms. It' s name "gothic apartment" not just a catchy, but empty label, just to arouse interest. The ceiling of the rooms is really designed in gothic style! For the couple of days while it is rented, the appartment really felt like it is ours. A kitchen, bathroom, a living room, a bedroom, and all of it being really clean and neat, with all the necessary comfort.

The apartment was a bit humid. It was ok for one night, but I wouldn't stay more than a couple of nights. It did smell a bit, othing unbereable but it was noticeable.

Difficult to flush the toilet (you need to really press on it very hard), pillows were not great.

Great location (main street with lots of bars and restaurants, near to most of the main attractions), good-sized apartment, very clean and generally well furnished. Great value for money, and very quiet. Street parking is possible on any of the nearby streets, should not be too difficult to find.

Public parking is a nightmare in Brasov but this has nothing to do with the accomodation or the host.

The shower water seeped up through the bathroom floor drain and flooded the bathroom floor. A small amount of water that eventually drained down the drain.

The bed was awful, both uncomfortable, and VERY squeaky. My husband got up halfway thru the night and slept on the couch. I am not that tall but had to duck to go thru each doorway inside the apartment. Overall, the apartment had a cold, dingy feeling to it and just wasn't that inviting.

The location was very central. The kitchen and bathroom were adequate.
