These are really small things just for the hotel to think for improvement. . The window cover could be better as the window carton allows some light in the morning. It's not a lot of light but just not 100% dark. It will be nice to have a kettle (for coffee or tea) in the room.

Great hotel in a beautiful area. I will definitely come back next time in the area. New, clean, quiet, easy access with parking. Great view of the whole city from your room window. Everything is very comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed a good breakfast in a nice dinning room. Lunch and Dinner is always available in the hotel restaurant (at any time). Great location, 15 min walk from Brasov center and if you want take Uber for 12 Lei.

The only minus is the road to the hotel, it is a little bit high.

Really nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and hotel, warm, very quiet(except the other guests who don‘t know how to close a door quietly), lovely area near the forest, great breakfast. It is close to the center city, 10 -15 Minutes max to walk.

The road leading to the hotel was not cleaned of snow which made the climb a bit nerve-wracking with a RWD car but in all fairness that is an issue of the council not the hotel and I have to mention that the entryway to the hotel was cleared of snow. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied but this is a minor inconvenience

The view was excellent, the amenities as well. Really clean room, easy access to the city center (1-15 minute walk) and the staff was very friendly & welcoming.

The room had no TV remote The toothbrush cup was marked as cleaned but it had marks of old toothpaste on the bottom There is no bar , is just a room with tables where you can order food and drink from the back area, it misses a bit a character and having an actual bar will improve the atmosphere was dead in the "restaurant" area

Room was clean, everything in good working condition. Very rich breakfast, with many options available. Close to forest area so away from the city noise with clean & fresh air. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and food was good, with large portions. Staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling, willing to assist. The heating was on in our room when we arrived and that was a nice surprise as the weather was a bit cold and rainy that day. A bit difficult to arrive to the location as the street is narrow and there are many cars parked on the sides (not something under hotel control). Hotel parking was quite crowded during our stay; if nothing free in hotel parking, you must park on the street which is not very convenient. Hotel has done its best to extend the parking area, but the space is limited due to nearby buildings so nothing much they can do on top. There are public parking areas, but you have to be very lucky to find free slots especially during week-end and around city center where everyone wants to go; sometimes even the remote parking areas are full. There are a few private parking areas in town but sometimes even those have no availability.

The hotel is on a pretty long and steep incline so keep that in mind if you decide to walk with luggage around. The parking lot is also a bit small and cramped, so you might not be able to find adequate parking at the hotel or nearby if you get unlucky.

The hotel location is exceptional, being within walking distance from both the Brasov old town and the cable car. If you get a good room, the view can also be fantastic and you will be able to see almost all of Brasov. The hotel is also fairly modern and clean with a restaurant available for all main meals of the day.
