Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We didnt know that the breakfast will be served on plates and we can choose from 4 different menus. We were not informed that the outside pool will be closed at the end of september. It was hot and we thought it will be open too.
The hotel was clean its very good for families. You can rent a boat there and go fishing right there. For children its a very good choice. We had a nice family room with 2 rooms. It was big and we had space. The restaurant was ok, the waiters were nice, always coming in time. We have been talking to other families who already spent time in other higher rated hotels around and they told us that this hotel is the best if we have children who like fishing.

Could have been better to have an balcony. Could have been better to have the possibility to open the window.

The food is ok, but can be improved.
Amazing pool area with plenty of seats. Great kids facilities. Big room. Lovely indoor pool.

Great location, big room, a very big bad, nice furniture. Very clean in the room and at the outside pool. They have indoor pool too but we didn't visited. I didn't like at the restaurant the refrigerate french frise.

The pool was dirty, the breakfast menu was fixed, you had to choose one of the options, only one coffee and one water per person. If you want to have a boat trip you need to go to lebada, 30min walk. Or they can pick you up from the resort at extra cost

Breakfast was poorly done, no variety, and nothing to choose from except the 5 meal options that they give you, they were the same. The only thing that differentiates is whether if you want fried eggs, omelet, hot dogs or fish in you meal option. Not many things to do around the property except visiting the interior pool.
The interior pool was very appealing although the water could’ve been a little bit warmer. The jacuzzi was amazing and the opening hours were decent.

Both my mother and my daugther had some.kind of food poisoning and stomac desease. They have no facilities for phising near-by, other than a narrow space on a canal with a lousy table and no garbage bin...plus the rent boats you can take. The person at the reception was nice, but the reataurant service awful. Filed a consumer protection complaint after my daughter had to take emergency medical care because she was vomiting ever since we left the place. The rooms is big but furniture is old and nothing like they show in pictures. There was a nasty smell in all bathrooms...
The place is very accesible from a location pov

The place requires some maintenance, which did look it was taken care of. As opposed to my comment above, food you can order from their novel sized menu was below average. Not that the resort has any fault in it, but you might find there the kind of people that play crap music on their phones or portable speakers at the pool.
Fabulous location, great staff, very nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, generously sized outdoor pool, loads of different areas where one can chill out. They were very kind to accommodate our vegan food requirements and had a few very good off the menu dishes prepared for us, kind of home made ones.

It is shame that, in spite being on the lake, the rooms do not have view to it. Our room had a view to the interior as half of the rooms. The other half has view to the pool , which could be noisy, Speaking about noise, it was people laughing and talking in the night, very unpleasant, The hotel became quit only at 5.00 AM, after some fishermen left for fishing.
The size of the room, the bed was fine, close to one of the entrance in Delta,
