When you book this property, you should know that you book a room in a house (literally a house transformed in guest rooms), not a hotel. The first floor is a dining room, and during our stay, there was a big family that basically occupied it, so it felt like we were saying at their house.

Hosts are very nice and friendly, also the room is comfy and clean.

It was really quiet and peaceful. The host was really kind and helpful. The apartment was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was really well decorated.

The place was sparkling clean, with a very nice courtyard which has all the needed amenities. You can tell that it is very well maintained and that the hosts are paying attention to details. The inside common space has a lot of lounging couches and chairs and it's very spacious. Moreover, the host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He also offered help with making the fire for the grill and giving advice on how to make the perfect grilled vegetables. The entire group had a good time and enjoyed our stay at Vila Rolizo and would definitely come back when we are around Brașov.

There really are no noticeable minuses here, except maybe is you arrive in a bigger vehicle - parking it might be an issue. Otherwise you can find everything here...ATVs, electric bikes, to use to explore the trails close by. I will consider it for a longer stay.

We stayed here after our attempt to summit Omu. The location is great at the entrance of the city, very close to all the shopping you could wish. You can easily get in the old town center. It's a short drive. The room was spotless as the entire guesthouse. Common hanging out areas like the kitchen and living room were spacious and comfy. We got to see the administrator and he was welcoming and neighborly. Definitely a place to remember.

Loved the quiet location, beautiful interior design, lovely garden, kind and super friendly hosts. Kitchen is well equipped for a quick meal prep, main hall is spacious and there are inviting sofas and seating for socializing. Private bathroom is nice, too. Cute decorative elements placed nicely. In the room there is enough storage space and nice seating is provided as well. Overall it's like a little oasis for recharging and relaxing.

The location is very good near all the important places in BV, they have also a lot of space for parking. The house is new, very spacious, with a big living and a modern kitchen. The garden is very cosy, they have a barbecue, sun-beds, and a lot of space with flowers. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and. diversificated. Wats we most like, the owners, very nice people, willing to offer and made all the necessary fir a good accommodation.

Very clean, spacious and cozy room. The villa is located at the exit of Brasov in a quiet neighborhood and has access to a garden and also mountain view. It very good for couples and families who want to also have access to a kitchen, leaving room and garden.
