Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s like 1 minute walk to the sea side , not even a minute to be honest. Very clean and very comfortable. The host was absolutely amazing, he was very helpful, as we are not from the country he gave as some tips what to visit and where should we eat. I would definitely come back again .

Very nice spa, but it is always very crowded. Excellent food, particularly their menu for lunch and dinner. Bowling was also fun - don't forget to book it well in advance.

The bed in room 203 should be changed it is old and you can't sleep well in it

Staff were fine, but there was a bit of confusion about the "rules" for using the spa and outdoor swimming pool. It all seemed a bit complicated to make sure we got a towel and wristbands from the hotel reception, and then once in the spa the staff didn't want to let us use the outdoor pool and then come back indoors. Our friends were kept awake by noise from the bar below their room. Food was fine if you like pizza, but it wasn't really fine dining.
Excellent breakfast and super room. Staff generally helpful. Conveniently situated for our our needs. Very popular, so book early if you want to go. Good fro families.

Prices are a bit steep, rooms could’ve been a bit better cleaned and the furniture is a bit old, but not bad.
Amazing place with an amazing spa and great outdoor pool. Really friendly staff and the massage was great! Food was tasty.

In the room there was too much noise because of a wedding down stairs, we barely could have slept…the food is very expensive compared to orher places.
The location is really nice for a weekend escape, especially the Spa. Good quality breakfast included in the room price.

They have somehing called restaurant, but if you want to serve a proper meal you should chose some restaurant around.
The SPA center is great, but you are sharing it with children groups who have swimming classes.

It is a pity that you have to go outside for the SPA, and restaurant, we had bad luck as it was raining. But there are umbrellas at the reception.
Great staff, very helpful, all good as planned, spa is nice, food is OK, breakfast is a lot and tasty, big variety. Everything went just fine.

My only comment is that in annex (and I think in the main part of the hotel), there was no lift access. People with mobility problems need to be aware of this and ask for ground floor accommodation
This is a lovely hotel. We went just out of season, so it was quite quiet. The resturant in the bowling bar area was excellent; great food and very attentive staff. The room was large, had aircon for hot days and nights and a good toilet/shower room. The cleaners were very good and the room was cleaned every day. Sheets replaced which was lovely. While we did not use the spa facilities, we were told that these were excellent too.

The rooms without spa acces are located in a building with no elevator. I was slightly impaired at the time of my staying and I did not mention it to the front desk. Had I done so they probably would have found a solution.
Unfortunately we were there only for a night, but I am waiting forward to come back. I already made reservations. The area is beautiful and the spa looks great a first sight.

sauna can get a bit crowded late in the evening. the menu at the restaurant for the evenings can be improved.
excellent location for relaxing with family and friends . lovely pool and saunas and hot tubs. breakfast had a wide variety of cold, hot and local foods - very good. the bowling for children was a thrill. nice staff

The spa is really nice, the rooms are cosy and clean. We were a big group with lots of children and we had everything we needed: fun, bowling, restaurant, great breakfast, amenities, helpful staff.
