We needed to know that it is the 5th floor of the building to check in, otherwise we don't know what to do in the building and we are lost in the building. (Someone opened the front door for me, but then I was lost inside) I needed to do an international calling to confirm which floor it is located. The '5th floor' was not notified before my check-in. That was one problem. All rooms are located at the attic of the building. The corners (where the beds are located in some rooms) are vertically so narrow that we can sometimes bang our head to the wall. Be careful! Other than that, it was cozy enough.

Good location, (far from the train station, though, it's easily accessible with the Novi Sad city bus #11) good price, wide range of time that the front staff is available.

The AC flap didn't open so it took a long time for the room to cool, and the bathroom didn't have any vent or window so there was a lot of humidity.

Loved the girl at the desk, 10/10. Big, secure parking. Huge room, had everything we could ever wish for.

Missing shower gel and shampoo, if one forget it, there's no backup for that. Air-conditioning is kinda bad, maybe just a bad unit. It's not very stroller -friendly, you have to carry it for few steps but it's just a fact usefull for parents and staff was willing to help!

Personnel is very polite. It's pretty clean. Location is ok, there is available parking around a block.

Hard to find, no directions as to where to go when you enter the building.

The room was very large and clean. Despite having angled sealings, the heating was more than adequate considering it's winter. Overall an excellent value for money.

The anti tabbaco fregance will not solve the cigarette smell in the rooms. I would recommend the ozone cleaning to get rid the tabbaco smell.

It was fine for the price. Contact with the service was very good. Location was ok.

The single room was not huge, and the bed was under the roof - as it can be seen in the photos. No view from the room as it only has a sky window. The shower cabin is a tricky one to figure out which tap opens what, and water pressure was barely okay to take a shower.

Excellent location if you have business in the Liman quarter of Novi Sad. Parking place included in the price. Proximity to several good bars and restaurants. Well organized system for check-in, check-out. Hotel-like reception with nice and friendly staff.

There was no electric kettle, only one toilet roll was in apartment (not even new) but it was fixed when as soon we asked the staff.

I stayed in a hotel for several days and cleaning never came, I had to ask for the room service, and when I came back I realized that the “cleaning” included new towels and adding toilet paper. So the bedsheets weren’t changed, floor wasn’t cleaned, etc.

Very friendly staff, 24/7 open reception. They also have a laundry service (500 rsd). Fist I had a huge trouble with internet (could not connect to the wi-fi), but the owner did his best to fix it.

Its a 30 minuten walk from centre and beach, but bus stop is 2 min walk and taxis are easily arranged.

Such friendly staff! We had a wonderfull time in Novi Sad and the staff helped made that possible. Rooms are nice and spaceous, ac works properly, beds are excellent and water is available. Loved it.

My room was not cleaned enough. I found dust on the table, bedside tables and behind the bed. In the bathroom, the hairdryer did not work and the shower cubicle was too old. It was difficult to get a good sleep in the early mornings as there is strong audibility. From 6am you can hear reception calls, guests voices, children shouting and stomping. You can only sleep with earplugs. But the biggest inconvenience was that there was no plate, fork, spoon, mug and kettle in the room. There was only a small fridge.

I liked the excellent location in relation to the city centre, friendly and helpful English speaking staff, separate reception, own parking at the hotel. Close to the hotel there are cafes and other essential supermarkets including Lidl.
