Dear operator, I stayed with you as a guest for 1 night. The hotel was on the busy road and there was no parking pointer. The employees were kind. There was no kettle in the hotel room. The room was large and comfortable. There was no shampoo. Breakfast was poor

The location. It's not easy to spot it, it was dark when we got there and had to walk ( in darkness) a lot from the parking to the entrance. The facilieties/ furniture need some improvements.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel looks great from inside and the rooms are big and clean.

The breakfast was not nice. The Door of the room was broken and the shower cabinet was also broken. The staff at the restaurant was rude and they don t speak English.

There was a lift to carry the suitcases. It was on the bus route to the center.

Room was with inclined ceiling, no enough space for tall people. No shampoo. Noises from nearest basketball court and very noisy fridge.

Near the best part of Zemun: few stops by a bus. Breakfast included. Wi fi not bad. Bed and bed linen was comfortable.

The sound isolation is really poor, I woke up because I heard someone snoring in a different room. It really feels that the walls are made out of paper.

I specifically liked the breakfast, I think it was quite good for this price. The room was also good, especially the shower. Another good thing was the personnel, they were really friendly.

The Facilities in the Hotel are not for a 4 star Hotel. The guests use the unfinished facilities. (No lock on bathroom door, bathroom sink is unfinished, bad smell in rooms. Bed sheets are washed but with a bad smell. Floor is dirty and sticky. One of the rooms we had looked like many guests used only that room.

Bathroom shall be better equipped - soap was only for hand washing. There was no shampoo in bathroom.

Breakfast is OK, location is also ok - acceptable. Coffee is ok and staffs are nice. Recepcionist professional and willing to support any request such as TAXI order.

The hotel is situated quite far from Belgrade city center - about 40 minutes by city bus and ONLY ONE line of the city bus that is usually crowded. Therefore, this hotel is better for travelers who come by their own car. Also, the reception does not work 0-24 (even though I was told that it works 0-24) and that can be very uncomfortable in the case you have to do check-out early in the morning.

The hotel is quite new (or renewed), the breakfast was O.K., and the personnel seem to be nice.

The room was not deeply clean. The fridge was unplugged and a bit smelly. Also the bathroom was not deeply clean. Wifi did not reach the entire room. It would work from the desks but not from the beds. At night there was a lot of humidity in the hallway coming from the pool downstairs. I would say all this was not terrible, could improve though, but the place is not bad.

The room was very big, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big with a good shower. It had 2 desks which was perfect since we are 2 people travelling and working. Breakfast was GREAT, coffee was included (clarifying this since I read other comments saying it was not) and it had a good variety of food. It was well located, a short distance from Gardos downtown and also from the bus, 15min away from Belgrade downtown. The lady at the reception was very friendly and kind, she printed our bus tickets and helped us.

It's a sport driven hotel with sport facilities for Volleyball and Basketball. So there is a special spirit in that hotel. Rooms are very clean and the hold stuff was very friendly and helpful. See you again on my way back from Hamburg to Istanbul next week 😇

The parking that is written that is inluded is at the end on the street on sidewalk, rooms are renovated inside, not so bad, but hotel is quite bad from outside.

The shower bath door was broken, it was very difficult to close and open it, not very clean rooms. Probably it’s time for some reconstruction.

The stuff is great, the lady at the reception was super super nice! The reception area looks really good, the room was pretty big.
