Last day, there was a buzzing electrical sound in the corridor that connected the two parts of my room. It wasn't very annoying, but still a buzzing sound.

My room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful - kind. The meals for room service were excellent.

There is 2 free parking spaces in front of the hotel, which are always taken and you should pay 18€ per day. Poor breakfast…

The shower didn’t have hot water although asked them to fix it. The room was too hot in the winter and I couldn’t turn off the heating Price felt expensive for Belgrade and location

I left my jacket in the room by mistake. I offered to cover the cost of the post, but they said there is no way to send it, because it’s too complicated… I live in Budapest so it shouldn’t be a big deal.. I’m also not sure if they will keep it or what will happen.. I didn’t get any help to solve this issue. I expected a bit more from a 4 stars hotel regarding this topic.

I take Executive suite so we expect that we will have view on the Church of the Sveti Sava and we didn't 🥺 Also for the Executive suit thay can be a little more frendly in the way of welcoming like idk box of chocolates, water or something like that. And about breakfast, they can put self serve coffiee mashine. Bc I have feeling that the waiters were quite nervous when I asked for coffee to be prepared for me, especially when I asked for a second time. And I didn't have coffee cups in the room. And if thay have offerrd Moët in the minnie bar thay also need to have appropriated glasses for champagne. That's all small thing but so important for me 😊

Bad was great, breakfast, location. Chekc out time is great - 12.00am. Time until breakfast is serving is also great - 11.00am. The stuff is excellent.

the room has no tissues (in case you're under weather, use toilet paper), the hotel bathrobe had no belt, there was an empty cigarette box in my room table drawer․ I was checking out the next morning, so I did not have time to ask for remedy. UPDATE: I went back to Crystal Hotel 2 days later after an out-of-town event, and the hotel staff had gone over their heads to welcome me, offer me the nicest accomodation (I think my room was upgraded from what I had reserved), Not only the room was stellar clean, there were complementary water and candies, a box of tissues and a very personal welcome. It is nice to be heard. I can truly say the hotel management knows their guests and takes individual care of recognizing their needs and pays attention to service quality. It felt great to have such an attention to a review. Thank you, Crystal Hotel, for making this a memorable stay and for such care and attention to my concerns! I will be coming back again for sure!

A narrow one-way street leads to the hotel. I would also suggest additional markings, as the hotel is difficult to find.

Quiet location on the edge of the city center. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent, the breakfast room is very comfortable.

The waiting period for getting the food at the roof top bar can be improved. But no serious objections.

The hotel was very clean and the stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They prepare us food bags for the road, which my kids loved it. The hotel stuff deserves mark more then 10.

Room was not that clean like it should be, but it was okay for a night. Didn‘t like the attitude of the staff who picked me up at the airport. His political opinion about the ongoing war in Ukraine, the good Russians and the bad west is totally irrelevant and a no go if you talk to guests.

Nice location, modern interieur, cosy rooms. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes, tasted really excellent. Rooftop restaurant is another plus

Air conditioning plant is a little bit noisy, I had to switch off it , but anyway the room was fresh enough for the whole night

The only problem is the location but it is still ok. The car is parked by the personnel as they have a tight parking, but it was ok for us .
