The hotel is so big that it gets confusing at first getting to different areas but you learn your way around by day 3 😂 Just kidding, everything was great

Great location, nice, spacious, modern looking room, excellent spa with several different saunas/steam baths, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool (we stayed on a rainy and cold weekend in May so it was great chilling in their spa for hours). There is enough entertainment for the whole family, and we would definitely come back.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is exquisite and the staff was very helpful. Make sure to check out the food - it is delicious! We loved everything about the spa, and the hairdresser lady was very kind. The Salon bar is a great place to chill and do remote work. Overall, Grand meets the highest criteria of hotelier service and we will surely be back!

The only disadvantage was that the room was not as clean as it should have been and as expected. All the furniture was dusty 😐. The carpet makes also the room seem dirty! The hairdryer was broken making a very loud noise and we asked for replacement. They replaced it ASAP, but the new one was not working properly as well!

When we arrive, they put the car in the parking and they put our ski equipment directly to the ski storage! 🙂 The hotel has direct access to the main ski lifts! The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and high quality products!!! The Spa area was also very neat and clean!

After 19.00 it should be adults only on the pool and in the wellness center- no one respects that, you have kids jumping and screaming around. Smoking (e-cigarettes) allowed everywhere, even in the breakfast/dining area. A bit overpriced drinks in the lounge bar (1800RSD for Macallan 12yo). We were struggling to get the bed sheets and towels that are detergent free, since we have allergies.

Location which is close to the slopes. Food, that was extraordinary- both breakfast and dinner. Lounge bar, with variety of the drinks. Wellness center. The guys working in the ski depot are amazing!

From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Hostess/manager(make no mistake, not the personel in front of the door but inside of room for dine)witch worked durring dinner time have bad approach to guests. First time ever that i had unpleasant experience. She chases the guests while they pour dinner with questions how they will pay etc. Even i noticed broken fingernail during my singing of invoice. Every gest of Grand hotel will not run from thier obligation to pay dinner. I didnt want to eat next evening there. I've came to hotel several times in past 4 years and i dont want this kind of thing ruin my or anyone else experience for otherwise one of nicest hotels i ever been to.
