We stayed in a room with four beds however the room was (probably) originally designed for 2 single beds or 1 double bed. The hotel provided us with 1 double bed and 2 single beds in the same size of room. It was not a problem for us but may be it could be a problem for other travellers.

we spend 2 night in the hotel with a group of friends. the staff was really helpfull with anything. They answered all of our questions regarding both the hotel and the city. I don't think the city center is in a location to walk from the hotel however bus stations is really near and there is taxi (however, I must warn about the taxi prices. They can be really expensive.). It would be logical to stay with a group of friends. The breakfast was adequate. Hotel was clean and silent.

Soundproofing which is almost non existent, people leaving their room on the same floor at 6 a.m. sounded like we were walking through our room. Though the breakfast was fresh, nice and sufficient, beware of the lady in charge for it, very short tempered and "happy with her job". Don't count on finding easy parking, although the hotel has one of it's own, but that is a hot problem in whole Belgrade nowadays.

Receptionists, cleaning lady, younger girl at restaurant all really nice. The location great for us, not close to center, but we were guests at BIG mall, so roght behind corner. Spacious two qieen beds, nice fit for 2 grown ups and 2 small children.

My bed didn't have a blanket 😒 only a sheet... I had to take the sheet out of the cupboard and put it in the sheet. Also it wasn't too clean, there were coffy stains on the table.

The rooms are not cosy, we had a room decorated in black and red, so not a welcoming one. The pillows were not good and the bed was not what I expected. There is something wrong with the bathroom door of room 504...is very noisy... The breakfast was good, but I expected more variaty for fruits (we had only apples) and for something sweet: there were some gingerbread, that's all...some mini croissants or another pastry would be great...

Clean location and big room with everything you need. Nice personnel. Free parking very close to the entrance.

There was a problem with the aircondition which was very loud, it wasn't possible to sleep with it in the room, but the staff was very helpful and gave us a 2nd room, which also had loud aircondition, but not as much as it was in the 1st room.

The staff was great, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

The beds are not classic ones, but a mattress on top of a mattress, and the bedding is not adequate for such a bed. A newer set of towels and bed linen would be desirable, but all in all, satisfactory.

Close to the center and some cultural attractions. Spacious room, enough for a family with two kids. The beds are comfortable for a nice sleep.

Bed sheets had stains. The mattresses was sloping and I felt that I was constantly rolling. Very noisy AC (even when it was turned off) - had to sleep with ear plugs

Room was spacious. There is a fitness room that we could use. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, nothing bad. We had free parking in front of the hotel.
