We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustriaThe whole hotel is pretty outdated and we were surprised to see what a four star hotel in Serbia looks like. Overall, good value for money though and perfect for our short stay.
Room was old but clean, the AC was working really well. The pool area was a blessing during our short but super hot stay. Staff were friendly and spoke English quite well. Central location right next to the lake and park and close to restaurants and ice cream shops. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

SerbiaThe quality of food could use enhancement—less salt and a focus on healthier options would be beneficial. Cleanliness standards are not at the pinnacle, and regarding the furniture, it's evident that an update is overdue if the hotel wishes to maintain its four-star status. The towels seem to have seen a decade of use. However, all shortcomings are overshadowed by the genuine kindness of the staff.
This is the place where our family always returns. Despite the passing of time and the aging furniture, we remain unfazed. While I've explored many other modern hotels, this one exudes a unique charm. Primarily, it's the warmth of the people that sets it apart; kindness seems to be ingrained in their very nature. The surrounding nature adds to the magic of the hotel. Subotica, nearby, is a must-visit, as is Palić Lake. The atmosphere is infused with a sporting spirit, and the people here are simply joyful.

United KingdomUnhelpful and rude staff, sad and dirty breakfast hall. Not even the basics for a cup of coffee, when we asked the waiter he said there was not enough and didn’t offer to make more. The room was cigarette burned furniture, mouldy shower, the carpets and walls had stains everywhere. Uncomfortable bed and electrical humming noise all night. We opened the fridge which was not clean and was mouldy. To say this is 4 stars is a joke and is no where near value for money. We left a night early. Manager was extremely unpleasant.
