It was very hot in the room and in the hotel lobby, the AC did not work. With the windows open, there was a looot of noise (like a turbine) They also charged me incorrectly with 20 Eur more, but after I mentioned it to the staff, they were quick to solve the issue and they apologized.

The saunas are ok, comfortable bed, location is ok

We expected daily fresh towels in the rooms. The saunas could be a little cleaner (Finnish sauna). That one furnace broke down - but it happens.

Everything was within expectations. Breakfast excellent, huge selection, room very satisfactory, large fitness area. The guy at the reception named Stefan deserves 10 stars.

The room was a bit too small and the bathroom a bit squeezed. We didn't get to enjoy the Spa facilities as those were closed to adults on Sunday Morning, which we weren't informed of earlier.

Friendly staff... we requested for an early meal and got a good one. The breakfast was also very good.

We did not need a city centre hotel as were going to Kopaonik the following morning -this hotel was an easy taxi journey from hotel so met our needs . Modern , clean hotel with helpful staff and nice bar area showing Premier League football- which was perfect as I was waiting several hours for my son to arrive. I ordered a club sandwich with fries from bar menu , which was very good . The breakfast included in price was excellent .In my opinion this hotel was very good value for money , and would use again in similar circumstances .

Pool is in a dark smallish room that's more like a cellar than a bright swimming pool. Also very shallow.

Price, location, the facilities are more than enough for a short/quick visit to Belgrade. The staff is friendly, its clean and accessible. Walking distance to several restaurants, stores, shops and/or public transport locations. Its easy to get to it if you are driving.

Let be honest here - this is no 5 star hotel. Rooms are not big, in my one the desk was next to the bed and was even hard to sit at it while you are working. SPA/swimming pool - ok spent maybe 15 minute there, unfortunately is not very welcoming, clean and tidy. You smell mold and as I'm severe asthmatic person, it was impossible to stay longer. This place required some serious renovation if hotel wants to be attractive to more people. Parking - OMG - you need to be prepared for challenges and most important you can be surprised that you cannot leave parking like 5am as there are cars blocking you and poor receptionist need to move cars in order for you to leave. Small space for a few cars. However, as I mentioned above, the food was great but in restaurant you feel like in good old days. Will be great to a little update it to make more cozy.

I will say in those words, good hotel for a quick stay, and you don't mind certain items (listed below). Comfy bed, good food and good price.

The pool area urgently needs renovations, the water was not warm enough. The showers at the pool need replacing. More attention to cleanliness.

The staff was very kind and well prepared, the bed was comfortable, the reserved parking space was adequate. The breakfast was very good.
