We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- extremely long wait at the lifts - broken air con, there is no way to adjust the temperature or switch it off. - breakfast didn’t enough fresh fruit or healthy options - the walls are extremely thin, the guests who were staying on the same floor lacked common courtesy. You can also hear everything from street level. I wish I’d paid a little more and stayed at Taiba suites. I wouldn’t stay here again. - no instructions at check in, about lifts, breakfast, wifi password, nothing.

MalaysiaThere is lack of communication between booking/reservation staffs and the receptionist. I have made changes through this website and confirmed by phone calls twice, but the changes was not reflected at the check-in counter and i had difficulties during the check-in.
The location is great, just next to the gate and near the women's prayer area.

Unbeatable location, once you get down you are directly on Haram’s entry gate 330. Abundant amenities around. We did t have to see much of the staff, I guess it’s a good sign.

Saudi ArabiaTaiba Front architecture looks old. Access to reception is not that easy. More waiting time on Elevators. Furniture and ambiance are not impressive but looks old. Some furniture also needs repairing. Room size was OK and even Washrooms are bigger but not properly organized. Check-in experience was not good until called their manager. Breakfast was just OK. Hotel is pricey and this is just for a location only. Other than location, no attraction in the hotel. If you are looking for comfort stay then this won't be the choice.
The only thing I liked is the location which is adjacent to Haram.
