The wifi is super slow. Although I complained several times but it is still weak.

For some reason, the room was filled with cigarette smoke for a while, but I'm unsure where jt came from.

The area is right in the center of Riyadh, so it is accessible to a lot of malls and cafes

I requested staff at Reception after my check out that I will wear my Ahraam as I have to leave for my Umrah ,please give me room for 10 minutes, so that I will have bath n wear Ahraam, and will leave for Airport,but they didn't,then I paid 300 Riyals just for changing Ahraam

the breakfast is not at normal standard. No omelet or scramble eggs, only poached eggs, no meat or sausages. they used to have glasses to take away coffee and now not anymore. they used to have all of this and I believe now they are trying to cut costs and I know already 2/3 frequent customers who aren’t going there anymore, it’s a pity. moreover prices are higher now, which makes no sense

it’s in a good location and their staff in the dining area is nice, some in the reception are nice too, not all of them.

There was dust in the corners and the hotel has not aged well. I have stayed in this hotel before and it was much better maintained. The breakfast was very limited.

The receptionists are not the nicest, they don't speak English (we had a hard time understanding each other, thanks to other employees from Pakistan or the surrounding area who translated) The breakfast was not included, in out booking breakfast was presented for 7 EUR per guest. In reality they charged us 44.85 SAR (11 eur). The breakfast is very good and has plenty to choose from. Only one towel for two people..!?! I requested both the reception and the cleaning staff, in the end I received one more. The same for shampoo.

Close to the main tourist's attractions, quiet area, big rooms, big twin beds, big bathroom, acceptable furniture, walking distance to The Globe (10-12 minute), market in front of the hotel, food court in Masjid Al Faisaliah Mall (10 walking distance). The loby is nice, traditional furniture, good place for a chat with friends.

The A/C is very old and loud. I was very rushed to check out, even though I was told them that I will check out last minute (2 pm). Noone told me that breakfast will be served by 10 am, I just called them to ask 2 minutes after.

I arrived at 5:30am and they told that there is no broblem for hosting me early morning and checking out next day without early chick-in fees. At 2:00 pm of same day, another receptionist called me for check out. This was a bad treatment. If the would have told me that I can't check in before 16:00 pm, I could have spent my morning time at work place and checked-in at 4:00 pm. Therefore as a result of what they have done to me, I had to pay for another night at another hotel.

Although there are plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel, the underground parking, which is attached to the hotel B1 floor is not suitable for SUV Vehicles. During Summer, the weather becomes extremely hot that one should park the car in a covered parking spot.

It is only 5 min by car to Altahliah Street, and cost is a bargain.
