Saudi ArabiaThey need more comfortable chairs and sofas in the room. The swimming pool was hot and not shaded. They don't have dental kit ready for the costumers. They could increase the choices for the breakfast. Windows were not cleaned from outside.
Everything was good and smoothly running. They allow me to delay the check out time for 3 hours.

PhilippinesI think carpets inside the room must need to be improve. Cleanliness of the swimming pool areas also needs to be maintained.
The hotel's location is my favorite feature, along with full kitchen facilities if you want to cook in your room. It also contains a washing machine and an iron. I would like to stay at this property again. But the real star of this facility is the staff.

United KingdomThe staff were helpful, however, the Management do not seem to understand the importance of customer care. I booked for a family of 4, however, the Management insisted the breakfast was for only 2 people. On top of that, there was no buffet…only miserly portions (I’ve never seen anything like this). I was shocked and complained to the Management. I told them if they cared about the costumer, their business would be better.
I was not happy with the breakfast, however, the kitchen staff tried to accommodate me better than the Management (see note below).
