We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe location is an issue for the taxis. They cannot come directly to pick you up and drop you off because these areas get blocked off. So having to take your suitcases to the taxi is difficult. You can pay a small fee and the hotel can help arrange someone to help you do this with the local helpers. The room is on the small side and none of the rooms have Haram views. So the pictures used on the site are quite misleading. Nevertheless, you’re within walking distance to King Fahad gate and 5 mins from the women’s gate. The bathrooms were spacious. The floor does get wet very quickly as the showers are open in a room that’s all tiled. But we had plenty of towels. It was very expensive but I have a feeling outside of Ramadan it would be cheaper. I would still recommend.
The location is excellent. Within walking distance of the Haram. People even prayed outside the mosque when it was really busy during the Ramadan period. They do have a masjid inside which was convenient for when we couldn’t find space outside and especially for magrib salah during Ramadan. The food for iftar was incredible. The variety and quality was very good! It was packed for iftar after magrib salah but the staff always found ways to accommodate and arrange for a table for us. The staff were really friendly in every aspect of the hotel with serving, cleaning our rooms, helping us bring our luggage down and arrange for bellboys to help take our luggage to the taxis. I would recommend and gladly stay here again InshaAllah
