We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

we booked 1 Classic Room Triple bed, City View but room had multiple issues from wifi coverage to room lights not working and washroom fittings issue and then we complained and the reception lady Ms Sarah changed the room and upgraded us to executive suite. thanks to them. Room service guy Shahadat was very helpful and kind and helped us all the way. Special thanks to Ms Sarah (Reception) and Mr Shahadat (Room cleaning Service)

The housekeeping staff were excellent... especially Shahadat and Masum... they went about and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was very good too.

United KingdomProperty needs work. For example the room door did not shut easily and the bathroom needs a make over. Shower area parts coming off, looks like an old bathroom with diy patch work. Pricey but you are paying for the location. Men sideline women at the reception. The receptionists could try to be aware of this and serve first comers, but can be tricky.
Great location. Late check out till 4pm worked really well for us. Thank you! Friendly staff like Mr Chaudri and some of the receptionists. Overall decent accomodation loads of in room stuff like hair dryer, toiletries etc. Comfortable rooms.

Saudi ArabiaTheir beds need upgrading due to the low-quality wood used. Elderly with disabilities find it difficult to lie down comfortably without the mattress, and the wood may creak under the weight without the mattress and sadly upon asking the room service they don’t have any solution.
