We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United Arab EmiratesDuring post EID days, the price charged per day quite high 650 SAR. Anywhere 350-400 SAR resonable comapred to other hotels which are around 200-300m away charging much lower. Booking.com charged me full previous night even though check in next day into hotel. Direct hotel booking would have been better as receiptionist told me would have consdiered half day charge because booked through booking.com they could not do anthing which i lost 300 SAR. Nothing mention about these things in the website about charges at various check in.
Location - Excellent 150 meters away from Clock Tower entrance to Masjid Haram boundary and straight entrance to King abdul aziz gate. People unable to walk long distance ideal place to stay. Further, supermarket, restaurants are all nearby location within 50-100 metrs .

EgyptThe WiFi connection was weak and unstable. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, allowing sounds from neighboring rooms to easily carry through. This was particularly noticeable as there were children in the next room, which was quite disturbing.
The hotel is in a great location , just few minutes walking to Al Haram, and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are also very helpful and accommodating.
