To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

EgyptBreakfast experience was a disaster. There was a reasonable variety of options in the bouffet but many were empty and the refill was very slow. Even the chef who was preparing the omlet was not available. Also the response from the staff was so dissapointing. It was easier to leave than wait for the refill of many unavailable items.
I reserved a premiem room and thanks to the receptionist, he was nice and upgraded me to junior suite. Thw suite was amazing and spacious. Also the swimming pool was great and i think i got a great value for my money

Location is is in old Riyadh area, but area is clean and strategic if you have kids with you, this hotel has it all from cleanliness up to comfortable and money value. I liked that they have offered me cancel at any time. Staff at reception (Salah) is an amazing and cooperative person.
